Yes thoda achar dalen... but agar chahte hain ki long time chale to lemon ko boiling water me dalkar 10 minute dhak kr rakh den(cook nahi krna hai bs garam pni me dalkar rakhna hai das minute) and then pani se nikal kar upar ka pani sukha len ya ponchh len tissue paper se and then cut karen. ya fir ek aur option hai- raw lemon ke bahut chhote pieces karen aur achhe se namak add karen aur glass jar me band kar ke dhoop dikhayen 1 to 2 week ki then spices add karen... such as little bit masale -ajwain, black salt, black pepper, badi kali elaichi, pipali, cumin, thats it. nothing else. and then keep it in to the sunlight until mature or 3 to 5 days only. 4spoon mea kitna namak hota hai,in grams
