      Rai neembu ke achar me bilkul bhi add mat kijiyega kyunki neembu me khud me hi etna khatta swad hota hai ki raai se aur bhi zyada khatta ho jayega. Neembu ke khatte meethe achar me rai nahi dali jati.

      very good. Dhoop ek plus point hai apke liye. Dhoop me achar jaldi mature ho jta hai. aap ke ghr agar dhoop achhi aati hai to aap bina chashni banaye hi directly sugar aur masale neembu me add kar sakte hain aur ab sugar ya chashni add karne ke 15 se 20 dino ke baad aapka achar achha khane layak ready ho jyega. neembu ka achar 4 se 5 saal bhi room temperature pe rakhne pr kabhi bhi kharab nahi hota hai even uski properties aur bhi jyada badh jati hain health ke matter me.       neembu ko tez garam pani me dalkar dhak kar rakh den 25 minute ke liye. Dhyan rahe gas open nahi honi chahiye. gas off karne ke baad hi neembu pani me add kijiye. 15 minute ke baad pani se nikalkar ya to unhe dhoop dikha den ya tissue paper se ponchh kar sukha de achhe se. ab neembu kaat kar same wahi masale add karen jo recipe me dikhaye gaye hain. sath me sugar ya gud bhi todkar add karen. chashni bnane ki jarurat nahi hai. Next 15 din se 1 month tk dhooo me rakhen aur dhoop nahi hai to room me rakhen. rozana jar ko hila de do char baar.
      ye tareeka sabse purana aur best hai.

      Hanji dhoop me agar 4 se 5 din rakh denge to achha rahega. aap taiyar neembu(jo namak ke sath gal chuke hain) me agar baki ke masalon ke sath kachcha gud chhota chhota tod kar bhi dal kar 15 se 20 din rakhenge to bhi ye achar utna hi tasty banega.

    Without making Jaggery (Gur) Chashani on Gas stove can I use raw Jaggery while preparing Khatta Meetha lemon pickle.Awaiting your reply.

      Dear ab achar ko dhoop nahi dikhani hai, aap achar bna lo aur ghar ke andar hi rakho. Neembu gas me pakane nahi hain aur na hi gud ko zyada der tk pakana hai ki sticky ho jaye, bs ftaft achar bnakar kaanch ke same jar me bharkar rakh do, jo bhi juice hai neembu ka wo sab add kar lo aur jaar ko bnd kar ke kahi bhi rakh do. Neembu ka achar galne aur kadwahat nikalne me thoda time lagta hai. Acha r next month kha sakte ho aap. Ab dhoop ki avashykta nahi hai.

      Hanji rakhna hai but 15 to 20 days ke liye dhoop me rakh kar mature karen, jitna purana achar hota jayega taste aur badhiya hota jayega.

      Aap sara achar kisi plastic ke bartan me store kijiye. Aluminum kadhai me na kar ke aap steel ke kisi bhi bartan me paka lijiyega chashni.

      Apko sirf chashni kadhai me bnani hai, uske baad thanda kijiye chashni aur platic ke bde dabbe ya jis parat me aap ata gundate hain usme mix kijiye sari cheeze. Neembu chashni me nahi pakana hai.

    हमने इसी तरीके से आचार बनाया और हमारी भाभी ने भी. दो महीने हो गए पर नींबु के टुकड़े काफी कडे है. अब हम क्या करे

      ये निम्बू का अचार आप धूप में रख दें, मुलायम खाने लायक हो जाता है लेकिन जब समय ज़्यादा ले तो ये भी हो सकता है कि निम्बू अच्छी किस्म के न हों शायद। कुछ निम्बू ऐसे भी होते हैं जो कभी गलते ही नही, लेकिन समय ज़्यादा लेकर खाने लायक टेस्टी हो जाते हैं। और ये ही एक ऐसा अचार है जो जितना पुराना होगा उतना ही अच्छा होगा।

      Kuch din wait kriye, kadwapan khatm ho jayega. Ye achar mature hone me dedh month lagta hai, but abhi garmiyan start ho gayi hain to jaldi mature ho jatega. Wait kijiye. Neembu ka achar turant nahi khaya jata.

      Dhoop available hai to dhoop me rakhiye, jaldi mature ho jayega, warna room me kisi gsrm jageh pe rakh sakte.

    Humne yeh aap k method say banaya 15 din dhoop dikhane k baad kal acchar dal k complete kiya but nimboo ke skin abhi bhi easily break nahe hoti even though humne patli skin wale nimboo he liye thay. Ab kya hoga? Ab skin hard reh gai to kya acchar kharab bana hai? Please advise do na.

      Hi! Neembu ka achar basically dedh se do month me taiyar hota hai. ek video bhi hai, jisme humne achar experts ke sath baat cheet me dikhaya bhi hai. Neembu achar khatta meetha banne me time lagta hai uski skin galne me. usko ab room temperature me rakh kar chhor dijiye aur wait kijiye. And Don't worry achar kharab nahi hoga😊

      Agar dhoop me rakhege to aur achhi baat hai, lekin agar nhi bhi rkhte hai to koi baat nhi, bina dhoop ke bhi achar mature ho jayega,

      Ye achar kharab nhi hoga, aap nishchint rahiye. Ya agar dar hai ki kharab ho jayega to aap bina pani ke hi gud ko kam aanch me pighla lijiye uske baad gass off kijiye aur tb masale add kijiye. Jb Chashni masala halka thanda ho jaye tb usme neembu aur neembu ka ras add kijiye.. aur ek glass jar me bhar dijiye, roz dhoop dikhaiye do hafte, uske baad estemal kijiye.
