The crankshaft broke on this one, i made a new one with a 4 cycle Ryobi You get about 100 watts if you throttel up, i don`t use it for AC, i use it to charge batteries. Here is a video of the new one with the same generator. ua-cam.com/video/dwfiFTtdc44/v-deo.html

Salut, Malheureusent cette mini génératrice est décédé, le crank a cassé a cause de l`inertie de la flywheel. Par contre j`ai transféré le générateur sur un Ryobi 4 temps qui fonctionnait pas bien avec le carburateur d`origine que j`ai trafiqué. Par contre, je n`utilise pas la génératrice pour produire du courant 110v ac, je m`en sert pour charger une batterie 12v qui alimente les lumières et autres à mon camp de pêche et aussi pour mon moteur électrique de pêche, j`ai besoin du régulateur pour éviter la surcharge.

Look great but needs to be more quiet , try adding a Muffler
a replacement yamaha rotor is like $400 ... looks good though try using cheap or free parts that you can find anywhere

why not just use a permanent magnet motor?
This a PM motorcycle AC generator, lot easier to find a voltage regulator.A motor will produce DC voltage,
or ? use a pre fifties generator. they dont use electronics at all.
