very nice..i built very simular also with harbor freight engine with 120v inverter and 3 car batteries..i used this last week to run my home pellet burner 2 days after losing power from ice storm here in michigan. this allowed me to stay put in my home and not go to a motel. will not be caught with out it. i learned that atleast 3 car batteries were needed to allow long term use of this system to keep up with the pellet burner.. the
engin/alternator system needed a battery bank.

This demo on your think-tank methods of reducing noise has sprung up many inventors thinking sources to surface with good figurative planing and skills required I find this video demonstration to be the top 5 edutainment videos of all time period very damn good demonstrational video very inspiring from an inventors point of view, clear spoken organized proper demo vid I'm subscribing now thanks for this video making 1kw gen set and this help out a whole lot. Wow,this came straight off the dome, and I scanned the methods shown in demo and on pc a little off but perfect in the technique assembled this is GREAT! Thanks.

Better than nothing for sure !!! During our Emergency of a 3 Days Power Outage... Our Neighbor is like 120 Feet away, and I can hear his Generator all the day and all night even when I was inside. I wished he does something like this, LOL.

4:05 Good idea, but that may be e x p a n d e d . Create, a pyramid shaped box, point up. Vent this, by an opening, about 2 inches wide, around the bottom, about 4 inches from the ground; space the openings, every 6 inches, or so. Make a hole, in the top, about 5 inches (or cut off the top tip)......this would direct any sound/vibration, DOWNWARD. Keep the insulated base, too ! nice touch ! Touche " !

Read somewhere that a big source of noise from small engines is the combustion knock coming through the cylinder walls. Some shielding or baffling may help things a bit.

I also heard much noise comes from the valvetrain...clacking, smacking, seating etc
I seen an experiment where somebody spun a generator engine without it running on gas .....and the noise was approx. the same vs when running on gas.

When my household opened a harmful energy bill I said we had had it and harvested my own electricity. The answer ended up being the Papziati Energy online training course. It is the best way to develop your own electric power. Search in a search engine.

look at a zombie sound box you have the same idea they put a home depot round electric roof vent on the top of theirs the hole you have on the side could be reduced in size with the roof vent

Im not trying to rain. But that unit is loud as fuck. Its a
Rideing mower engine. I got the 90.00 2stroke gen and i forgot it was running while brakeing it in on my front porch. 900 watts. For dc just add a decent charger.

It was fairly easy to make, google can provide you with the basic wiring connection on what ever alternator you may decide to use.
