Think everyone is forgetting the fact that he cant put down a land during combat phase and he didn't have enough mana to activate the haste land ability.
@@VegasTrick True, but given TG only costs 3, much easier to make use of the mana rocks in the early part of the game. Maybe a 2/2 split of TG and Nulldrifter is the better idea?
@@RiptornRory I actually tried this deck out and it was substantially improved by adding 3 copies of Ugin, the Spirit Dragon. Ugin would often just win on the spot. I was losing a lot of games until I did this.
Doesn't this also woerk pretty decently with phyrexian portal? The cave is excellent with the locus lands, which incidentally would be very good with these type off decks... For "card-draw", can't you put in that blue land that can scry? maybe put in that card that allows you to play artifacts from the top, then at least you can play the rocks from there?
time is in fact made up... its a construct to help us order events and describe motion, there is really only objects in motion, and that is why time is a count, it is counting a regular event.

I’ve been putting the new eldrazi into a cascade deck. Played my commander (itmoti). Played metalwork colossus for free. Got a free ulamog and zophandrel. Played emrakul for free (that I hit with make your own luck). All on turn 4

Well, the opponent wasn't doing anything. It's historic so you're supposed to win on turn 3/4 (or prevent your opponent from winning on turn 3/4)
It was indeed past your combat phase.

Annihilator 10 should just read "whenever this attacks, your opponent concedes"

11:05 Gotta hold priority when making the token if you want to give it haste, since the game by default skips through the Beginning of Combat step.
He didn't have mana to activate the battlements. He drew the land from the Nexus draw and played it in main phase 2.

Don’t forget about Forsaken Monument in your colourless ramp thoughts. Possible on turn 2 with two Ugin lands and turn 1 ramp.

I have very limited cards, but I have been playing Green/ Blue Eldrazi, with Ugins land, and having fun.

Tezzeret's Gambit would be a great card in this deck to give card draw for colorless.
Actually there's a new card Nulldrifter which fits the theme better.

tbh i haven't really gotten why ulamog gets 10 counters, but it was a pretty nice combo

cant give the breaker haste because it has hexproof from all colours and battlements uses red manaaaa???? perhaps.
