- Everything's still in boxes, but I couldn't wait to share this jam session with you. Welcome to my new home studio!
Watch as I improvise guitar solos over a chill electronic and trance track I composed. This session is completely DAWless, featuring the Moog Matriarch, Maschine Plus, and recorded on the Tascam Model 12 mixer. Playing on my Squier Telecaster baritone guitar. Join me in this intimate and raw performance as I settle into my new creative space. Enjoy!

But I actually quite enjoy this mini setup, so maybe it will stay like small for a while. Still debating. :) Stay tuned for more unboxing madness.
This is "true artistry" - using whatever is at hand and still creating your "signature sound" and musical style! You should make a series (or a complete album?) out of it. Maybe this is the challenge you need at this point … ;-) Edit: A "minimalist set-up challenge"?

That Moog is amazing, Having the Sequential Pro3 and the SubSequent 37 I went years ago for a GrandMother (sounds weird! hehehe) and I love it... it is the same sound as the Matriarch.... but sometimes, redundancy aside, I want to get a Matriarch too.... on an GAS attack I may someday.
Hey, so good to see you again! Thanks for the kind words-it means a lot! That Moog really does make magic happen, right? The Grandmother is such a gem. Had it, sold it, regret it. I feel you on the GAS attack - Matriarch is so tempting! I think it offers waaaay more than M32 or Grandmother. And is a really unique package with paraphony fxs, patching and 100% hands-on. Keep jamming and enjoying those synth dreams!
