    I find the picture of the memory has paled from a 10 to 4 but the smell is still nauseating but a bit better

    I went from a 7 to a zero and my Fitbit shows my heart rate went down from 96 to 84. The memory was of a recent panic attack at work and a few I’ve had a home lately triggered by a dizzy feeling... now the memory doesn’t seem so real, I remember it but fuzzy.

    I took it down from a 10 to a 4. I am afraid I may just be dissociating . My gutt is still a little in a knot but better. It's still there, but more manageable.

      Angie do a few more rounds of Event Havening and that may bring the 4 and feeling down even further.

    Hi, Steven! I noticed that doing havening sessions at night makes me very relaxed and sleepy. So I have been doing havening sessions to fall and stay asleep. It did help me a lot. I also know that you use havening for weight loss. Can you shed more light or direct me to your videos, or articles on the topic?

      Identify what stress triggers, issues or emotions cause the emotional eating and Haven them. You can also Havening a craving too. Rare how high it is on a scale of 10 to 0 then Haven it. This can help too.

    I have chronic pain and you mentioned HAVENING helps. Could you give me a brief idea how you would modify this for pain?

      Hi Ann Havening can be used on the emotions that the pain many be causing such as stress, fear. anxiety, Chronic pain can be complex and ideally I would suggest to work with an experienced Certified Havening Techniques Practitioner

    What are the ways to bring it down to absolute zero?.I've reduced my problems never eradicated any and they all return and I have to continue regular hhavening

      Hi Steven thank you for your question. If the SUD score is not dropping to a zero it most often means there is another past traumatic/distressing event or events that need to identified. Pinpointing/identifying and then Havening these memories can be a critical part of achieving lasting positive results. Ideally it is best to work with a experienced Certified Havening Techniques Practitioner when doing this.     I would like to ask you.... i fell calm and relaxed. But i could only reach the memory of yhe fear. I couldnt bring up the fear at the moment. So, after this, my mind thinks...what if its not gone forever? What if it comes back?

      Hi Eli thank you for sharing. If the fear is now completely gone then that's a great result. It is important to pinpoint and identify the memory or traumatic event that may be causing fear and anxiety symptoms. Then use Havening on them too.       @@StephenTraversHypnosisDublin Thanks for this video - very helpful as emotional first aid! I'm in canada so a trip to dublin in April isn't in the cards. One question I have is if the memories are too early (toddler years) to recall specifically, can I assume that just be recalling the feelings my results are still going to be effective? I feel some relief so far but not completely.

      Yes but we use different Havening Techniques for changing beliefs or creating new ones, especially in regards to self confidence, reslience and living a more fulfilling life

    Is self havening helpful for when you are in the middle of a panic attack?

    I did this just wiping under the eyes, like "mommy was wiping a tear away" and wow was it strong. I felt muscles in my lower back relax!
    If Delta waves are the key what if we listen to a delta wave frequency on you tube?
    The memory feels silly but after a while it comes back.

      Thank you for the feedback. There is no requirement to listen to delta wave frequency music. Interestingly the face produces 90 times more delta waves than resting state which is very high
