Havening harnesses the power of sensory touch to create delta ways in the brain which occur in slow wave sleep.
The delta waves remove the neurobiological roots of trauma (called AMPA receptors) from the neurons in the amygdala of even the most severe traumatic memories to quickly resolve it.

@@StephenTraversHypnosisDublin huge thanks for getting back to me, it’s driving loosely, but I actually think it’s the fear of having a panic attack while driving, loss of control etc, 1st happened on a busy A road in 2017, then out of nowhere, on a quiet B road in June, not really even been on my ‘safe’ roads since then. So debilitating!

Can you do this for yourself to heal yourself from trauma or is it necessary to see a therapist? Is the result complete release from the trauma, or do you have to keep doing this for many years? Does the trauma release completely forever?

It is best to see a therapist who is certified and experienced in using Havening to treat trauma and anxiety based disorders..
