I brought the mini it’s a excellent device and the picture is more 4K than my NVIDIA shields and apple 4K but I can’t get Netflix on it even though it downloads though google play do you have any suggestions

@thepixalator6758 you can setup an optical with the audio jack out. They sell adapters to do this. I'll make a video on how to do it soon

I love the X11 but it seems like I get better picture quality using Tivimate+ Kodi external player then on MOL 3! And I’m watching on a LG C3 OLED! But 4k movies and shows are amazing on this device. Just wish the live streaming quality would be better! But considering I just usually watch sports and everything is in 720p 😏

How's it compared to the Nvidia Shield?
i have both (Nvidia Shield Pro 2019 and Z11 Pro Max). For me, Shield is the best for decoding Audio/Video (HDR-Dolby Vision/Dolby Atmos with TrueHD are natively managed). There is no LAG. Z11 is the best for watch TV using MOL3

Sounds like you either added to many things to it, or if has some maleware. Have you tried to reset it?
I am not happy with Formuler z11 pro..
Another question we have to use only Formuler z11 pro remote not the TV remote I have Samsung TV I used to turn on and off with Samsung TV is that wrong or write .. Folks pls advise.
Be sure HDMI-CEC is configured on both part (TV and Formuler)
I just got it , Install it after a day my remote not working I pressed the button but nothing happened . where I should contact could any one help or any number I can call..
