Thank you for your videos. I've done a few of them now and have learned a lot about the various surfacing tools and their functions. Now the challenge is, looking at a "part" such as this ring along with some of the "bizarre" shapes and forms you create, and knowing how to dismantle and create the feature tree into the proper steps to get to the final product. I know it's like any other part, but surfacing is truly powerful when used correctly, but also challenging for the beginner. One thing I have become a "pro" at is pausing and rewinding your videos...lol. I've become pretty good at following you step by step, but this one was really quick IMO. I know you are probably pressed for time in making these videos, but by explaining what you are doing when you are using each of the tools makes your videos much more helpful. I really enjoy your content and creativity...subbed because of it...Thanks!
Thanks for your nice words. I am happy you found my videos useful. In the beginning I was trying to be fast; because people not watching long videos. Still it is. Last videos have slower tempo, so watcher can follow easly. Let me tell you one thing. I have met with 3D modeling in 2001. No tutorial, no explanation, no training step by step I discovered all by myself. I am trying to say practising makes perfect. Dividing a shape or form into a logical sub shapes needs time. By the time you will discover it, also you will learn propotion of objects. It is not a rocket science just needs some time. I wish you a succesfull journey in 3D Modeling. Regards.
Hey great job. just one request, can you please upload the schematics for these drawings for those of us trying to go at it on our own as a practise exercise.
Hi Dear. Thanks for nice comment. Unfortunately I do not have any schematics or sketches. Mostly I do create my models by measuring or directly modeling from pictures. If I would have an acceptable hand drawing I could share but unfortunately.
I really like your workflow. Very intuitive.
Thanks a lot for your comment 😊

@@3D-World i understand. your method seems hard but i'll try doing that myself too.
Welcome man. It is not hard after a while you will get used to proportions on objects, after that point it is very easy.
hocam bu ne parcasıdır olçülerini filan nasıl hesapladınız tsarımını yapmadan önce çizmişmiydiniz biraz komleks bir parca olmuş güzel eline sağlık
it's a ring design
My wife made a design sketch and I drew it in solidworks and uploaded it to grabcad.
The design belongs to my wife please just give a thank you and reference
so fast
Hi Dear.
To make shorter videos I was rushing a bit thats why some of videos fast.
