Thanks... Your reviews are very good and informative! Thanks for not having extra long intos with very loud music followed with music drowning out your voice as you go through your review! Thanks for helping me decide!!
Awesome video man, helped me a lot. Regret watching all other videos trying to compare the two. Perfect and simple explanation-multitaskers, gamers, and photorgaphers.
Definitely would pick the LG Velvet out of the three. The cost of the accessories plus the phone is lower flagship tier money, except with a feature set you can't get anywhere else. Dual screen gaming and drawing, pen input, 3.5mm jack. The 765G and 6GB of RAM is still far more than I'll ever need. No reason to go with an 800-series chipset, considering even an 801 can play PUBG still.
9:18 LG Velvet doesn't handle lens flare very well. The One Plus 8 has the most contrast and least affected by flare. Not to mention, 1+8 also seems to have the least amount of lens distortion too.
You are correct. Overall, it had the most pleasing images visually and the night mode photos were close enough to the A71 but the way it handles certain movies on Netflix was a tad disappointing. You can adjust that a bit in the display settings but most people won't do that everything they want to stream something.
Thank you. Haven't had my hands on the new Pixel devices yet, but I'd definitely add the 4a 5G and Pixel 5 to this list if they're as good as the standard 4a.
Great review. Everyone talks about cameras but I could never get info as to how Netflix is going to look on the device till your review. Are you going to review the Samsung Galaxy S20 fe?
You must note the T-Mobile velvet uses the centennial chip set, not the Qualcomm, reviews seemed mixed at best on that, also I’m considering moving from iOS to android, so I’m really confused, seems ill need the flagship Samsung to stay on par with apple
Velvet is truly worth the money. Put a Gcam on it and it will beat the One plus. By the way great Review. I like such review which are not just a running script.
Just got the velvet I actually traded in the ONEPLUS 8 bcuz of delay in the hanging screens and typing was delayed and this is WITH the august update but forgot about the gcam apk gonna install that thanks
We're working on that and I'll have a review of the Revvl 5G coming soon. Until I have the review unit I can't suggest one over the other. Please subscribe and turn on notifications and you'll see when we release the Revvl review.
Great video. Just what I needed to see. Though T-Mobile says it's Velvet has the Media Tek Demenisty 1000C processor. Which brings me to my gripe, which has nothing to do with the video: T-Mobile, who I have been with for 7 years...man... I have no idea what person or group of people decides what phones they are going to carry and in what configuration, but I don't think they're doing a very good job of it. First off T-Mobile decided not to carry the v50. Okay, too late there, water under the bridge BUT, you want the dual-screen Velvet, which I was all set to go in and buy today, you can't get it at T-Mobile. Check it out... For the single screen handset the V60 at T-Mobile is $650. The single screen handset of the Velvet is $600 (ok, 588). If you want the dual-screen version of the V60 at T-Mobile that will cost you another $50 for a total of $700. You want the dual screen version of the Velvet, you can't get it at T-Mobile. You have to buy the single screen handset for $600 and then go to the LG website and buy the dual screen accessory for $200. And it has to be the dual-screen accessory made for the T-Mobile phone because apparently there are some dimensional difference in the Velvet for T-Mobile and other phones. So the dual screen accessories are carrier-specific. So, after all is said and done, $700 for the dual-screen V60, or $800 for the dual screen Velvet, which is supposed to be the step next step DOWN phone. Is that all kinds of stupid or what?

Great review and comparison. Looks like I finally know what I'm going for. Thanks brother and HAPPY NEW YEAR to ya!
You're welcome. Happy new year to you as well.
omg which oneeeeee

Great video mahn, was looking for a good budget 5G phone

So the A71 has the most contrast?
Really enjoy your reviews. Very balanced and solid walk through.
Thank you!
Lg Velvet screen is fantastic and bright
I don't understand the terms
Which terms do you not understand? I’m here for you.. let me know!
People should really start calling these things Pocket Computers because it seems the least used feature is the phone.
A fair assessment.
Given price and feature set I'd say go Velvet and install GCam
Good review! Might be worth adding whether they are waterproof or not on future reviews
What do you think about the Motorola g5
I generally think the Moto lines are a great buy. I haven't reviewed the G5 but did look at the G7 and it was a great phone.
Samsung's are nice until they drop an update to ruin the phone to force you to buy a new one.
The solution is to never update it!
Great review. Everyone talks about cameras but I could never get info as to how Netflix is going to look on the device till your review.
Are you going to review the Samsung Galaxy S20 fe?
Thank you. We’ll see about that FE. We have A LOT going on this month and next so anything is possible!
Any opinion on how these compare to the Pixel 4a 5G?
like your video bro

Depends on what's most important to you. If it's cameras, you'll need Samsung flagships or Google Pixels to compete with iPhone.
How does the Samsung S20 FE 5G compare with these phones??
Velvet is truly worth the money. Put a Gcam on it and it will beat the One plus. By the way great Review. I like such review which are not just a running script.
Thank you Baba Yaga! And I agree... the Velvet is a wonderful device.

Can you please suggest me between A 71 5g and T-mobile Ravvl 5g. I’m using T-mobile career.

Also add TMobile's LG Velvet, because it has the mediatek 1000c. Not the 765.
I just bought the A71 5g on the t-mobile network, and I LOVE IT! Still figuring features out, but this phone is amazing!
So you need to pay more if you want the double screen ?
That is correct.

Phone reviews... with no mention... of call quality?! What?!?
I just got the Velvet for $319, I probably should have got the V60 but Im poor so damn

I went with the OnePlus 8. Great review 👍🏾
Thank you.
LG v60 is on tmobile right now for 649.99 or duel screen for 699.99, making it right in between these guys!
I would totally do that V60 over the OP8 at that price.
Nice
Way to get my like 40 seconds in you charming bastard.
Achievement Unlocked. Welcome!
👋
Looks like the LG v60 is the winner.
