She's got amazing balance, and being ambulatory and doing every type of self-care involves one limb out of four. Losing them at such a young age allowed her brain and muscles to adapt while still growing. But that's a lot of stress to put on one limb for a lifetime, so this may change when she's older and less limber. I wonder if her prosthetic limbs felt uncomfortable or awkward?

Fr.. Her mom said she adapted right away after her accident. Since she was so young she still had the flexibility, her bones didn't stiffened, at least that's what I'm thinking.

This woman who lost both of her arms and her left leg is a genuine shining example of optimism, bravery and beauty, to overcome her physical limitations. Bro when she was hoping down the stairs my anxiety of falling down the stairs went through the roof
Right when the video started with her hopping by the pool is what freaked me out and gave me anxiety.
She's got amazing balance, and being ambulatory and doing every type of self-care involves one limb out of four. Losing them at such a young age allowed her brain and muscles to adapt while still growing. But that's a lot of stress to put on one limb for a lifetime, so this may change when she's older and less limber. I wonder if her prosthetic limbs felt uncomfortable or awkward?

@@pennypay1 well, with three limbs less, she weighs a lot less, so its not as heavy for her leg as it would be for us. Guessing her center of gravity is lower as well. Most of the time i was more like: damn, shes cute

Fr.. Her mom said she adapted right away after her accident. Since she was so young she still had the flexibility, her bones didn't stiffened, at least that's what I'm thinking.
