Despite being born without legs, Kanya Sesser lives life to the absolute extreme. Born in Thailand, Kanya was found at the side of the road aged just three months before being adopted aged 5 by a family in the USA, where she grew up with an active lifestyle that continues today. Kanya started skateboarding aged 9 and quickly became a highly-skilled skater able to do handstands on her board. Kanya is also a fashion model and a talented actress, having appeared in shows like The Walking Dead and Hawaii Five-0, and today lives in Texas with her boyfriend Jeff.

Beatriz22 what is wrong with you i am a 13 year old girl and my 3 year old brother has down sindrome and he can't walk , talk or even crawl and he is the best thing that ever happened to me , people don't know how hard life is with someone who has a disability but it is also one of the most rewarding things . so before you go saying stupid and foolish things actually think about what you say and the effect it has on people because you might have a child with a disability one day and you know what this is going to come back one day and bite you in your backside . GET A LIFE 😡

I am serious i dont even notice her disability. She seems to have more abilities than non-disabled people i know. Shes gorgeous, strong and really inspiring. I cant see anything holding this woman back!
@@guineapigtalks Not that I ever have, or would, say that to anyone, but I am grateful to you for explaining how patronising that could be. My colleague has never been able to see. She lives a fuller life than probably anyone I've ever known, but i frequently witness people saying stupid, patronising things to her. This seems to bother me more than her! The RNIB's slogan is "See differently". The possibilities then are limitless for us all. Thanks again.

Same. I didn’t see her as a disabled person at all. She is way more able to do lot of things by herself than others who got two legs and two hands.
My 4 year old granddaughter was absolutely amazing watching this video, I show her videos like this because I don't want her to ever forget how lucky she is and to always be considered thoughtful and respectful as she travels her road of life. Bella asked me "nanny this lady is beautiful look at her beautiful eyes nanny!! Then she added nanny I'd give this lady 1 of my legs when I'm all grown up. Let's hope my granddaughter will continue to be a thoughtful considered and selfless girl bless her.

For the past year I have really been struggling mentally and emotionally after my vision was permanently damaged by botched Lasik surgery. Watching this inspires me to try and focus on what I can still do that I enjoy rather than dwell on what I can no longer do. Thank you Kanya for sharing your can-do attitude!

She does not seam to be one that wants peoples pity. She has worked to hard for what she has. I would love to see a TV show around such a person with a free spirit like this.

I can't imagine what it's like growing up knowing that you were abandoned. The disability is one thing and she seems to have come out it very strong and in control of her own destiny. I think I would be devasted knowing that nobody wanted me. Everybody deserves love!

As I sit here watching this young women, it makes me think about my kids and their disabilities and I worry so much about them. I worry how will they go on with their lives without my help but watching this young women and how confident and independent she is make me less anxious and less worried about my kids. As they live their lives my kids will adapt and endure and figure life out just like the young women did. You are inspiring and amazing.
She is absolutely stunning. I'm glad she had a great family that loved her as she should have been loved. She may have half a body but she is 100% woman and deserves 100% respect and love as we all do.
