Whenever we go on road trips, my husband, daughter, and I make one stop at Aldi at the very beginning of the trip and buy literally whatever strikes our fancy. It's always cheaper than gas stations, and we can fill up our cooler for usually $20, which lasts us round trip. Sometimes we'll even get sandwich supplies so that the only stops we make are for bathroom/gas. It saves us a ton of money!

Love the idea of making your own snacks for the road! The pb chocolate balls look delish. I've been gluten free for almost 2 years and I've never seen this rice cracker recipe before. Do you think they are dippable, or are they too thin for that?
These rice crackers would probably do great dipped in chocolate - fantastic idea! 😋 They are very sturdy and crunchy, the consistency of a hard candy almost, so I think the chocolate may even help the soften ever so slightly which would probably be better for our teeth 😬 😜 Thanks for watching!
