I feel sad most of the time in my life because most of the time I am very lonely like nobody understands me i can't connect with friends or family in a deep way but I want to change that so I move around alot listen to music and dance and I also love walking outside for fresh air and spending time with nature i went to church today just by curiosity and that really helped i felt rebourned in a spiritual way like God was telling me to go there and talk to him i felt like I made peace with the creator in a humble way i know that he guided me there because I told him that I needed to talk to him in front of other believers and it was uplifting so I thank God for a brighter future of faith and prosperity in the future and I hope that my story can change the world amen 🙏 ❤️ 😅
Thank you so much for sharing your story. 🙏 It’s truly inspiring to hear how you’ve found peace and connection through your journey with God. Walking in faith and nature, moving to music, and opening up your heart to Him are powerful ways to heal and grow. It’s amazing how moments like the one you experienced at church can touch our souls so deeply. I believe your story will inspire others to find their own peace, purpose, and connection. Keep trusting in God's plan-brighter days are ahead. 🙌 Amen! 🌟
Thank you for sharing that beautiful sentiment. Trusting in God's plan and keeping faith through the tough times always brings us closer to the light. May His will guide you through every challenge, and may you find peace and strength on your journey. Keep believing, the light is always ahead.
I'm deeply sorry to hear about your loss. My heart goes out to you during this difficult time. Stay strong, and remember that it's okay to grieve and take your time to heal. If my words have brought you even a little comfort, I'm truly honored. Take care of yourself, and know that you're not alone.
I’ve often felt alone, struggling to connect deeply with others. Despite enjoying things like dancing, walking in nature, and listening to music, there was still an emptiness inside. Recently, out of curiosity, I went to church, and that experience changed me. I felt like God was guiding me there, urging me to talk to Him among other believers. In that moment, I made peace with my Creator and felt reborn, spiritually renewed. Now, I thank God for guiding me toward a brighter future, filled with faith and hope. I believe my story can inspire others to find healing and connection in their lives. Amen.❤

@@BeInspiredfromlife1the total speech. My dear father passed away last year. A dear friend passed away last week. And 1 friend stopped the contact last year. She will not forgive me. I was not nice to her because of a lot off stress. I said already several times to her I am sorry. But she will not forgive. I have to let go her .
@@Mooieheuvels-2 I'm deeply sorry for your loss and the pain you're carrying. Losing loved ones, whether through death or broken connections, is incredibly hard. It sounds like you're trying to make amends, and that shows your heart is in the right place. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, we have to let go and find peace within ourselves. Know that you've done your part by apologizing, and while you may not control how others respond, you can continue to grow and heal. Sending you strength and comfort during this difficult time.
I sometimes feel sad looking after my Mum and it upsets me. I wish my family were more supportive, but all I can do is do my best to look after my Mum. I do find exercise helps me, and listening to relaxation Tapes with breathing exercises. Thank you for your inspiring talk, it helps me. God Bless and good health to all. ❤🙏.
Thank you so much for your kind words. I’m sorry to hear that you’re going through a tough time, but it’s truly inspiring to see how you’re doing your best to care for your Mum. It’s not easy, especially when support feels lacking, but you’re showing great strength. I’m glad to hear that exercise and relaxation tapes are helping you-it’s so important to take care of yourself, too. Keep going, you’re doing amazing. God bless you and your family, and wishing you good health and peace
I’m so glad this message resonated with you. Sometimes, we all need those gentle reminders to keep us going. Stay strong and keep believing in yourself-you’re capable of more than you know. Sending you positive energy!

35 seconds into this I started crying. I’m 58 years old & i lost my mom a year ago who lived with my husband & I. It’s funny he just said to move your body. I’m laying here in bed at almost 11:00 🕚 am. It’s just hard without her. My heart still hurts. I’m just ready to be able to talk about her without crying. I miss you so much momma 😢
I’m so sorry for your loss. Losing someone as close as your mom can leave an ache that feels impossible to heal, and it’s okay to still feel that pain, even a year later. Grief has no timeline, and missing her shows how much love you carry in your heart. Take your time with the healing process, and be gentle with yourself. It’s also alright to cry when you think of her-tears can be a part of healing, too. When you’re ready, you’ll find moments where you can smile at the memories instead of feeling only the pain. Your mom’s love will always be with you. Sending you strength and comfort
Thank you for those beautiful words! Unlimited blessings to you and your family as well. You're absolutely right-God’s faithfulness never fails, and He will always use us, even through the hardest times. Stay encouraged and keep your faith strong🌟
I'm really sorry you're feeling this way. Life can be overwhelming, and it's okay to feel sad sometimes. Just remember, it's okay to take things one step at a time. You don’t have to carry it all by yourself. Focus on what you can control, and don't be afraid to lean on people who care about you. If you ever need to talk or vent, I’m here to listen. You’re stronger than you think, and this tough time will pass. Keep your head up
I appreciate these videos so much. Movements is so key for me as well as gratitude. Ive tried and will continue to try and trust ppl but so often ive been let down bc they would just use my situation to ferl better about themselves as well as tell others of my plight in a form of gossip. 2 outta 3 ain't bad and ill keep trying the third , cautiously optimistic however
Thank you for sharing your experience. I completely understand where you’re coming from-it’s tough when people let you down, especially when you’re trusting them with something personal. But it’s amazing that you’re still moving forward with gratitude and optimism, even if it’s cautious. 2 out of 3 is still progress, and that’s what matters. Keep pushing forward and surrounding yourself with those who truly have your back. Stay strong!💪🏼
I’ve been so sad for many many years because I’m all alone in the world. I have no one to share my life with I’m all alone. I have no family and no friends which makes me feel life is not worth living. My sadness is heartbreaking 💔 sometimes I feel like I want to take my own life. I’m not sure I can live the rest of my life without anyone to share it with. I’m a broken woman 💔💔💔💔
I’m truly sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way. Please know that you’re not alone, even though it might feel that way right now. Your life has immense value, even in the darkest times. Sometimes, when we’re at our lowest, it’s hard to see beyond the pain, but there is always hope, even when we can’t see it. Reaching out, like you just did, is a courageous first step. It shows that part of you still believes in the possibility of change. You don’t have to carry this burden alone-there are people out there who genuinely want to help, even if it feels like they’re not visible right now. Please consider talking to someone, whether it’s a counselor, a support group, or a helpline. There is strength in seeking help, and it’s okay to lean on others when you’re struggling. You deserve love, care, and support, and it is possible to build connections, even when life feels isolating. Don’t give up on yourself, because there is always room for hope and healing, no matter how broken things may feel right now. If you ever need someone to listen, I’m here for you. Your life matters-don’t let the darkness convince you otherwise.

I have just suffered a break up. I am 60 and thought I had found someone to share the last chapter of my life . But she fooled me lied and played with my feelings. It hurts that I fell for someone who who I thought cared and loved me.
I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through this. At any age, heartbreak can be incredibly painful, especially when trust is broken. It’s understandable to feel hurt when you gave your heart to someone you believed cared about you. But remember, this chapter isn’t the last-it’s simply a turning point. You deserve someone who truly appreciates and values the love you have to give. While it’s painful now, healing will come in time, and this pain will make you stronger and wiser. Stay hopeful for the future; it still holds beautiful things for you🙌🏻♥️
