Assess your aim with the benchmarks (weekly or however many times fits your schedule), but use the game specific routines as your daily grind Faster Sens, I mean sure if it's not a crazy difference. Fov just use 103 ow as a baseline, it's the minimums required fov.

You can use aim trainers such as Aimh4x, Rdempted’s Aim Chamber (RAC), Bot | Aim trainer and Zombie Aim Challenge to help improve your aim. My friends have told me that if I use FPS aim trainers it will help me get better at TPS and I want to know if that’s true
It's true using FPS aim trainers will help you get better aim at TPS as well, only in certain close range situations it can be helpful to also have TPS variants of certain scenarios, but it's niche and not necessary.
the best one for you will be different from someone else, can't really answer it, I recommend asking for some advices/pointers in the discord while also providing some context

As well as this season Is a major screw up on your end ngl. All sorts of routines can work, I think spending at least 5m per scenario is probably good idea, and diversifying it a bit

You didn't mention that the new static scenarios (at least on novice) aren't actually static but wiggle around.
