Very nice work,
1)Rain water harvesting,
2) excellent plumbing work with water treatment
3)heater provision in kitchen
4)separate place for inverter
5) spacious car parking with drain
6) wet and dry kitchen
7) cctv wiring
8) pressure pump
9) get together place on the terrace
10) Good work on hiding lift provision
11) modern interior works (looks quite expensive, if you have info on the interior costing do tell)
12) calling bell with camera on the compound itself.
13) pvc ceiling in the balcony.
I liked this house very much. I would have preferred a bigger hall. But you made up with that by having a separate entertainment room.

Dear mano, pls suggest. Stilt + 3 floors. Builders charging sqft rate (around 70%) for stilt car parking areas. But i feel it is not correct. Do you think we should pay sqft charge (50-70%) for carparking stilt floor too. For example 30*80 land size. 1800 sqft stilt fully car parking. Builder charging 1800 swft * 1500 to 1700 rs charging.. which is around 25 to 30 lakhs... I feel its not correct... Pls suggest your opinion
