That's a beast. I'm putting together a 468 with 12 :1 compression ported and polished pbm heads ported and polished victor intake with a 640 lift solid roller I'm wonder the hp numbers i could see.
The customer supplied most of the parts except for the heads and valve train. The intake and cam was the biggest limiting factor being that the intake was a little on the small side and the cam on the larger side.
Do you have a webpage for your business and contact information? I have a mark IV block in a 78 S15 as we speak that I'd like to do just that - high RPM screamer 468 bbc.
I agree but it is a school with a bunch of other students that help in loading and unloading engines on the dyno and a lot of them don't know how to put tools back where they got them lol
Impressive sounds crazy high rpm
Nice job. Killer engine

I'm doing one 12.3 to 1 468 bbc to pls share hp # when u done
What block did you use
Its just a 2 bolt main but Arp studs not bolts holding the crank in
Sounds great but Why so much compression to get that power we have made 700 out of a 10:1 468 with a big hydraulic roller .

Sweet
My 1979 z28 has a 468 its fast also sounds like a pissed off puma.
What cfm are you running?
Were these the CNC 335cc?
No they are 310cc that I ported and ended up at 325cc
Would you think the 18 degree 98cc combustion chamber 335's would be too big for a high compression 468 like yours?
They would probably be a little big unless your willing to turn more than 8000 rpm
