Unity is already working on similar text-to-models/scene tech, under their Unity Muse project. I don't think it'll help with the actual hard parts of game-dev, tho. Getting a bunch of assets & a skybox in a scene is already a drag&drop/menu operation. The hard part comes after. 😅
