Its pascal first season. And pascal outscore his teammate. This guys have been in f1 for years. And he is consistently outscored by his teammate.
Gutierrez has had three seasons so far. He had a terrible car once, in 2014. He was monumentally outclassed by his teammate this year, and the only non-Manor and non-Sauber driver to not score a point.

Gutierrez is that one driver you want to like because he is a really nice guy, but is just lacking a little bit to be a good racing driver. He's not bad by any means, but just not good enough.
I hope that he can find that little bit extra tho
