You are not supposed to put force and overtighten the lid when blending otherwise, it's going to damage the rubber gasket quickly. The right way to close is to listen to the squeak of the gasket. Once you hear it, just make another quarter or half turn to tighten but not to do it excessively.
My daughter just told me about this blender she got about 10 years ago and still uses it about twice a week. Loves it. I like the power it has, not wimpy, solid and simple. What I am looking for. Thank you for the demonstration and advice on putting in frozen fruits instead of fresh and ice because so true, fruit always seems to end up going bad and using frozen makes it perfect. The banana is always my ingredient for creamy...

I like that the container is 32 ounces. I would love this because it's great for meal replacement smoothies, which have been a real game changer for my weight loss journey! 💚 Plus, I like the simplicity of the blender. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy options as well, but sometimes you just want to get it done & be on your way. Cleanup should certainly be a breeze! 😉

I think this NutriBullet is perfect for me as a mommy who's always on the go. I actually like the feature that allows me to just turn it and let it blend. It frees up my hands to do other things besides holding it with my hand to allow it to run. On top of that...this just speaking ways of getting even more healthier. Also, it allows my son to eat some of his veggies in smoothie form.

I got my nutribullet last week and tried this smoothie this morning, I added some ground chia/hemp/flax seed but it was an awesome drink, even my 3 year old daughter enjoyed it 👍🏻

I love the size of this blender. Ours is one its last leg as we blend lots of green smoothies and have had it for more than a decade. Our current one is a little bulky and takes up more counter space than we’d like.
The size of this blender really makes it super convenient!

I have been researching these nutribullits for a while. I have been going to the gym faithfully this year. The scales or the mirror did not change until I changed my way of eating. I am a senior and never have used the nutribullet 900. I am interested in my health and would enjoy making smoothies mainly since I do not go out much to purchase smoothie... I do not spend much time in the kitchen this would be a new adventure for me😋
Making smoothies is super easy, you don't have to be a pro in the kitchen! This blender is great and would be a good fit for someone who is a newbie to making green smoothies. 😁

Initially looking for demos to consider maybe getting this specific blender when it goes on sale & ran into yours and a giveaway! 🤗🙌🏾As a 23 year old single vegan on a budget and in a small apartment this would help me sooo much. I tend to buy too much food than I can eat (I’m tryin to gain weight I lost) and I can’t stand having things go bad. Blending and drinking my extra greens n veggies will not only help me pack on more calories but reduce my waste. The features that stood out the most to me was it being hands free , a pretty smooth blend , & the compact size which I definitely need right now.

love these blenders cause theyre so easy to use for my protein shakes and easy to clean. they do ware out though after about 6months consecutive usage... so 2 out of these per year is the price really.
I love that this is great for smoothies on the go and can leave it for a short time to work it's magic. I currently have a no name budget single smoothie blender that is on its last legs. Go figure a budget blender wouldn't last long, I believe this is my 5th one. I know I know it's cheaper to buy a more expensive one one time, but its hard to wait and budget for one when you make smoothies all the time.

Great instructional vid. I am standing in the kitchen about to use it for the first time. I was hoping you would show what the two plastic threaded rings are for. The only thing I can think of would be to cover the cup opening with Gladwrap and screw the ring over as a leak resistant cover for fridge storage

Thanks for the demo! I’ve been curious about the NutriBullet blenders and seeing this in action helped. I have an 11 year old that really loves smoothies but since I work a lot I cant make them as often for her like she wants. I’m pregnant and made a baby spinach smoothie with my magic bullet and it was a complete fail!!! It was so chunky that I couldn’t finish it. My spinach went bad because I didn’t eat enough salads with it. 😅

I would love this blender because it’s compact and looks powerful for its size (you mentioned your smoothie blended well). I also like that you don’t have to hold it down to blend. A friend has another brand where you need to press down and hold while blending.. Can this model blend raw beets or do you have to cook them first? Thank you.
It really is a super convenient blender. We have not tested it on raw beets so we do not know how well it will perform on that.
Yes I would use this! Not so much for fad but for health. I have some challenges and I think this would help to aid in healing and health overall.

I also have two old style blenders- given to me- and they have the range of settings she mentions. So, low/high, pulse, and ice blend. But neither have the power to chop up fruits and vegetables like my Nutribullet. The Nutribullet is the one you need to buy for smoothies and green smoothies. The old style blender is for milk shakes and just mixing liquids. It was never intended for whole foods.

I loved my old nutri bullet but i started leaking due to age. I'd love the nutri bullet as it's so much easier and quicker making my green smoothies and isn't as bulky our a pain as getting out my blender each morning. Plus the clean up is very simple.

Including two extra containers and a blade that I let myself be persuaded to buy, I paid $166 for mine. I'm going through videos now to find out how the blessed thing works as paper instructions aren't my forte. It sells for $119 now online, unless you are able to score a discount. Prompt delivery, which helped.

Hi Jen, How well does the Nuti Bullet work at blending carrots, beets and broccoli into a liquified smoothie. I have a Juiceman extractor juicer, but hate the literal 25 minutes it takes to clean it every time I use it. Thanks,
TheNutriBullet does a great job of blending those veggies but you have to have enough water inside for it to blend properly. Hope that helps!

I just got one of these Neutra bullet and I have the same problem I have a hard time getting off the lid even if I’m not putting on super tight do you still have that problem?
Sometimes the lid is a bit hard to remove but it doesn't happen too often. 🙂
I want to buy a nutribullet but i’m undecided between 900 watts or 1200 watts nutrí balance which one do you recommend best.
It really depends on what you are planning to blend with it. I personally think the 900 watts would be perfectly fine!
Use 600 nutri bullet n now leaks so bought combo 1200 ,is it easy to clean the pitcher? Can frozen good? Pls answer.
Hi Kumkum! A little soap and hot water should clean your blender nicely. We always suggest rinsing the container immediately after blending, that always makes it easier to clean. And we love using at least one frozen fruit to make the smoothie extra creamy!

You seem to get a great smooth blend, but looking at the recipe book that came with my NutriBullet 900, you add the ingredients in the exact opposite order, away from the extractor. The book shows the leafy ingredients are added first, then the fruit. Is that because your not adding any frozen items? I like to add the fruit frozen, even the banana.
Heather, we suggest adding your fruit, then your greens, then your liquid base. That way, when you put the container on the base, you will have the liquid and greens near the blade, which will help you to blend a smooth smoothie without leafy chunks. 😊
What is the plastic ring for? I’m thinking it makes the blender cup easier to drink from. At the NBPro site, they refer to a gasket but don’t say where it is or if I do something with it. I cannot find an extra gasket. I got the base, the blades, a large cup with a handle and a travel top, another cup that also fits both gray rings, one had a handle and one doesn’t. There are two cups, different sizes. However, no gaskets that I can see. I think it’s already in the bladed part. Both cups have the plastic tabs that I think I make sure are under the tabs.
Sharon, usually a gasket is used to keep leaks from happening when you blend. 😊

Hi Shad! Nutribullet cups, lids, lip rings, and blades are all top-rack and dishwasher-safe. Be sure not to use the sanitize setting though!
