In Cyprus kindergarten is any age pre school but in England we often call private nursery schools, ie before age 5 kindergarten too. 5 year old children attend year one of school. It's fine in English to call preschool or nursery school kindergarten.
I was confused about kindergarten in Russia also. People were always talking about finding a good one. Finally someone mentioned it in a video: it's for approximately 2-7 years of age. OK, now it makes more sense knowing that. The only place I heard of buying an apartment is in New York City. There are also co-ops (of which I know very little). But $63,000 for a one-bedroom condo sounds pretty cheap to me. Of course, I'm in California. LOL.

Now because of shortage of places different areas only have places for 4 year olds. There are many private nursery schools play schools and day care facilities. I worked in one in the 1980s .It was a nursery school and we loosely used the Montessori method. Children there were from 2 to 5 years of age and they learnt so much in that time with many of the children going on to very good private schools . All the children had a very good preparation for school. My own son who attended there was reading very early. I describe this nursery as a kindergarten. I think people in America have adopted many words in a different way to what they originally specifically meant. Certainly in London if you say Kindergarten it is pre school

I had 7 children and two step. 9!!! I home school a lot. When they went to school, they were very well behaved and a joy for their teachers. Waaay past what the other kids knew.
I love your playful energy and excitement for Sati. As a mom of 2 sons(now 29 and 32), I was reminded of the days when my sons wanted to go to school. I hardly knew what to do with the few hours of freedom. 😂

If you buy an apartment here it is called a Condo/ condominium but most apartments are rented by the month. A new modern apartment in an expensive part of town , would begin around $1000. a month without furniture and go higher . Then we’d have to pay for heat, internet, phone, cable tv, parking etc. It is great Sati loves kindergarten, she’s such a smart little girl , she will do very well. It all depends on what state and area you decide to move to. Maybe relook at price rising in last years 2018- 2023 jacked up prices in many places… it’s because of “ pandemic “ and big companies like vanguard, Blackrock etc buying up places sight UN seen and they plan to rent them out

Passed a big milestone for Sati. I’m so happy she has adjusted and it’s nice to gay a bit of freedom for the two of you. Smaller towns have lower prices. You can get good buys if you know how to rehab which you can do. But price of housing will go down.

It all depends on what state and area you decide to move to. Maybe relook at price rising in last years 2018- 2023 jacked up prices in many places… it’s because of “ pandemic “ and big companies like vanguard, Blackrock etc buying up places sight UN seen and they plan to rent them out

Passed a big milestone for Sati. I’m so happy she has adjusted and it’s nice to gay a bit of freedom for the two of you. Smaller towns have lower prices. You can get good buys if you know how to rehab which you can do. But price of housing will go down.
I noticed last time she needed another child to play and wrestle with as she was wearing her mom out. The turns in life are great.
