What size Van Staal x series reel would you recommend for tarpon fishing off the pier? I can’t figure out what size those Van Staal reels are on the pier

Did he have all mono or top with mono and braid as the main on the reel?

Ethan Montgomery 65 pound white braid and you will be set all around just remember to but mono on first as a backing
