Really like people using IRL animals and comparing them with slugcats. Makes my inner biologist happy. I'm also happy to see them so squishy looking, activates my happy hormones.
I always imagined Slugcats were like otters. They have fluffy yet oily/slimy fur, they can use basic tools, and (this depends on the player) they collect things! And of course the appearance matches closely already. So the connection is super close all things considered.
(i deleted the mod and since i didnt know about the url which rainworld thinks is a empty mod file it got confused so it couldnt load, so i had to delete the url, not just the mod)

Sea otters are probably my all time favorite animal!
I like basing slugcats off of otters, meerkats, cats, and ferrets, then making them sloppy

also it kinda broke the game and i had to delete the mod and its url for it to let rainworld load

after that it did kinda break some mods (SBCamerascroll and Mouse drag)
