All the railway line behind the railway museum is used by the museum to perform shunting movements, run either broad or narrow gauge train rides for the public and the track also still connects to the Adelaide to Outer Harbour line where in the recent times Adelaide Metro railcars have run to the museum on charter specials. On a weekend in November this year the museums RedHen railcars will be running trips for the public from the museum to Adelaide Railway Station and return.
fantastic to see her back on the rails again. Would love to have been on her once again. I would love to take the granddaughters back there to go over the trains and have some rides.

This was a hoot to watch. Personally I always had a feeling that the Blue Bird and the Red Hens share that same core platform, but set up differently.
I thought there was a bunch of cargo trucks in that train area is that train running on that line now because I go there every year.
