    📌Ingredients :
    Recipe 1:
    ~ 1/2 cup of dried apricots (85g).
    1/2 cup of walnuts (50g).
    2/3 cup of roasted salted peanuts (100g).
    1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds (30g).
    1/3 cup sunflower seeds (30g).
    1 tablespoon sesame seeds (10g).
    1/3 cup of almonds (50g).
    1 tablespoon poppy seeds (10g).
    1 tablespoon of flaxseeds (10g).
    1 tablespoon of honey (20g).
    1 medium egg white (~ 25g).
    Recipe 2 :
    2/3 cup of roasted salted peanuts (100g).
    ~ 1/4 cup of sesame seeds (40g).
    ~ 1/3 cup of pumpkin seeds (40g).
    ~ 1/3 cup of sunflower seeds (40g).
    1/4 cup of raisins (40g).
    1 ripe banana.
    1 tablespoon of honey (20g).

    Raisins have tons of sugar in them. As does honey and any dried fruit. These don't have processed sugar, but they have loads of sugar.

      According to my diabetic nurse, raisins (like any dried fruit) only have the same sugar as the grape prior to drying. As for honey it has natural sugars, like the raisins and so both are acceptable as good sugars as eaten in moderation. It’s the processed sugars and carb sugars that are the danger. I am now a diabetic in remission thanks to this knowledge 😊

      @@Emma-Jaynesugar is sugar and will always create a glucose/insulin spike, makes no difference if it’s natural or not, it’s still sugar.

      @@user-zk9tg9yl8n yes it does. Like I said I am in remission and a diabetic nurse taught me my know how. So someone not trained in this won’t change my mind from proven facts dear. Natural sugars and confectionery sugars are completely different, one is man made and processed to high heaven, whereas natural sugars in moderation from fruits & honey etc do not have the same effect at all. My suggestion here would be read up on the correct facts and know your argument before throwing fake comments out to those that know dear. Pop along to your library, sitting at computers is also the new smoking, bad for you my little key board warrior. Run along now it’s good for your health 😊

    I think when she said “No sugar”, it I think she meant ‘No Refined sugar”. A great alternative and creative idea…I’m going to try it and have it as a snack 😁

      Ground flaxseed paste & or grind the flaxseed & make a paste before mixing & baking... Hope it helps

    Honey should NOT BE heated and should be consumed at room temp only . Soaked n mashed dates syrup can be substituted thanks

      Says who? Heating will destroy some of the nutrients but definitely not potent enough to ruin your health.

    Dried fruit has TONS of sugar in it!! This is not sugar free!
