Hope you all had a great weekend! Was time to check out another Metallica track! What’s the next track by then we gotta check out?!?! 🔥🤟🏻
Please react to Until It Sleeps by Metalica. My favorite song of theirs I think you two will like. Killer tune.
I will send both of you wings from Wing Stop if Trapeze's Medusa doesn't get a very favorable review!
Haha. Liquid Courage on Drunk Reaction Day!
To Live is to Die
Fade to Black
Harvester of Sorrow
The Four Horsemen
Great reactions, guys. Hope you both are doing well. I also wanted to thank you for being part of the motivation I needed to start making videos of my own.
Damage Inc. is a banger. So is Devil's Dance even though it's slower
Metallica - The Prince and the original version by Diamond Head ;-)
That whole album is a friggin masterpiece!!!
Yup
I just fucjing hate eye of the beholder. It's like the only song I fucking hate, despise, or think in a negative way from the first 4 albums
“Harvester of Sorrow” is my all time favorite Metallica song - so powerful, but that intro into “Eye of the Beholder” is just perfection.
.l..l l..l.
Harvester and eye are the weakest of the album imo.
TheOriginalGayman 🤷🏻♀️
TheOriginalGayman The Opinion That Should Not Be
Creeping Death. It is just so f'n metal it hurts.
live in Moscow '91 !! minds blown !!
Metallica is one of those bands that every time I am hearing them I am like "this is my favorite of theirs". Then next time it's a different one and I'm like "well, this one is bad ass too, maybe it's my favorite". This one is always in that conversation.
I get what you mean about the repetitive "false stops", one or two is okay but more than that it begins to give off a "cry wolf" feeling. But the good news is, that fades with every subsequent listen - you get used to it, and once you're familiar with when and where those little signatures occur (much like learning all the little bumps and hazards on a familiar path or road), it begins to feel/sound more organic and you can't imagine it any other way. :-)
The cold stops work amazingly well in WHIPLASH... if there is one song that should be Metallica's trademark/signature song, that's it.
Instantly clicked when I saw shortest straw. Excellent song and album.
99doogs instantly liked when I saw your comment
"Harvester Of Sorrow" DO EEET!!
Alan Lovejoy my fav on this horribly produced album
Harvester of sorrow and blackened the 2 best songs on that album.
@@patrick3926 Because of it having no bass?
The entire ...AJFA album is great. My favorite Metallica album.
Same here. Love the sound of the album and what each song means.
Agree!!!!
Disposable Heroes. Their best song. Off this album, I may have gone with Harvester of Sorrow.
Or Blackened.
Deran Hall Disposable heroes is not off this album bro. That one is off master of puppets.
Disposable Heroes is dope and most reaction channels overlook this gem.
Definitely Kurt’s sickest solo
Eye of the fucking beholder.
Dyers Eve is the one I would have chosen, or one of the opening tracks. Great album with not many fillers.
So much energy in that track!!
"Dyers Eve" absolutely!
{or: "Frayed Ends Of Sanity"]
...no, not "filler," but there are lackluster tracks on this (and the, long-argued and commented upon sound! 🙄😡😭- It IS shitty.). - Last statement in an undeniable "opening salvo" which changed music.
Just curious to know what song(s) you considered fillers on AJFA.
@@williamspence690 Harvester Of Sorrow and The Frayed Ends Of Sanity. Both tend to just be very uninspired and repetitve, just cycling round and round, doing nothing much of importance. The rest of the album is great though.
@@EgoShredder Harvester is definatly my least favorite, But Frayed, to me, Is amazing. The instrumental part is amazing.
Banger - Check
This whole album sizzles, try "Blackened", or the title track "...and Justice For All"
Metallica after this album is OK, try "Through The Never" off the Black Album
The 'Justice' album is Metallica's peak.
greatest metal album ever
Peak? More like Prime
Load - Reload*
Metallica's best recording. One is one of the greatest bangers in the history of music.
Harvester of Sorrow and To Live is To Die (tribute to the late Cliff Burton!!)
If I could hit the thumbs up button more than once, I would so do it. To Live Is To Die
The Kings of riffs, please do more Metallica gents. Also Disposable Heroes is a banger.
@Keith Sizemore yeah
"Battery" or "Damage Inc." !!! (both off of Master Of Puppets)
This song is why metallica will forever be everyone's dads!!! The time changes are unique and fuckin awesome!!! This song is a 10. The whole album is a 10!! Nobody else can sounds like this. Nobody else can write metal like this. Your only complaint is you couldn't keep a solid headbob to it??? Cmon most heavily talented guitarist out there couldnt play this song on a good day. James sings and plays it😂😂 for fuk sake
I remember the first time hearing this!! Just an awesome album. This is one of my favorites
My favorite SONG off this album. Love this jam. It's a banger for sure. Hell yeah guy's. Love it. . Thank you for sharing this
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Of my favorites, of which there are plenty on the first 4 albums, I'd go with Welcome Home (Sanitarium) or perhaps Harvester of Sorrow.
Off this album, Dyers Eve is hard to beat.
You should listen to Spit Out The Bone off their newest album. Maybe it would be a new song for both of you. It's the closest sounding song to old Metallica since the 80s.
Once again, great reaction dudes. Love to see you guys get into songs and bands that I listened to in high school (and still listen to I might add). And now I feel old.
This was my favorite song off the album when it came out back when Metallica was still underground. I rarely listen to them anymore. Its nice to hear them with some young enthusiasm. Thanks for the reaction.
Yes........such a unique track! All the off beat transitions and that guitar solo. I love "Sad But True" from The Black Album and another one worth a listen is Metallica's 1998 cover of Black Sabbath's 1973 song "Sabbra Cadabra" from the Sabbath Bloody Sabbath album, they killed it!
OH Yeah🤘🏻
One of my all-time favourites!!! To play and to listen ofc
Total banger! Love this song.
I effin love this album. Got to see this tour, they were young and hungry and jammed for like 4 hours. Lars used to seriously brought it back then also. Im partial to Blackened and Harvester of Sorrow are my faves.
Metallica - “Orion” (Master Of Puppets)... even if you guys don’t do it for the channel you have to give it a listen. Greatly enjoying this channel!
When you get more into prog metal, check their songs "and justice for all" and "frayed ends of sanity" my favorites from metallica
Frayed Ends of Sanity … Oh Eee Oh ...
Frayed Ends or Blackened.
Honestly that songs a banger
Do the Whole album.
Take your pick from their latest album (2016) "hardwired.. To self destruct"
1- spit out the bone
2- moth into the flame
How about Playing some Triumph? Lay it on the line, Fight the Good fight, A world of Fantasy
Entire Thunder Seven Album.
Love "Lay it on the Line".
Nope. Yes good songs. But start at the beginning. Blinding Light Show from the debut album. Epic!
Great album takes me back
The entire album And justice for all are bangers
Yeah, Banger city here 🤘😆🤘
Took 5 seconds to realize he lost out on wings.
The four Horsemen, Fade to Black, Call of Ktulu, No remorse, Whiplash; real bangers from the first two albums of Metallica
Indeed! But Pulling Teeth is mandatory together with Whiplash in my opinion. They go so well together! I also like Jump in the Fire from Kill 'em All, as well as Hit the Lights.
My favorite Metallica track of all time is Call of Ktulu though.
Yessss, this is one of their underrated songs imo.
You cant go wrong with the old Metallica. albums❤ they took the glam out of metal and never looked back 😄😄
One of my favourite song since early 90s! Even if it’s repetitive it’s so good!
This was never a favourite of mine. Until I saw it live in 92 and it blew my face off!
This has been my favorite Metallica song since it’s release! Moth into Flame off the new album has the gallup beat but I recommend Damage Inc. off Master for some real thrash.
Spring 1989, Met Center, Bloomington, MN.....was the loudest (and bangerist) concert I've been to. I surprised myself on that one, me a mainstay at Journey concerts and the like. But that was a way cool concert!
Great choice on this rockin album!!! This album kicks ass and takes names!!!
Don’t forget to do PAINKILLER by Judas Priest!! It needs to be a Wednesday rocking song right after this great song by Metallica.
Great job you guys. ✌🏻 out!
They are the kings of transition. After listening to this song a few times, that “fake ending” will make sense. It’s kind of giving you a head banging “break” so you can catch up, lol. One of my favorites for getting some aggression out.
Other favorites of mine are:
1.Blackened
2.Eye of the Beholder
The Wait (In the movie School of Rock-Jack Black
Hit the lights (Early stuff. Can definitely hear the progression in production as they get older)
The Four Horsemen
Jump in the Fire
Whiplash
Seek & Destroy
3.Disposable Heroes
4.Master of Puppets
Battery
Leper Messiah
Fight fire with fire
Ride the Lightening
For whom the bell tolls
5.Fade to Black
Trapped under Ice
Creeping death
Of Wolf and Man
**(Anesthesia)-Pulling Teeth
**Orion (Both insane, showcasing Cliff Burton’s Bass playing brilliance)
Just some rocking suggestions off of their first 5 albums (the best imo). As always, you guys are great. Fun stuff.
I listed my 5 favorites. Keep up the excellent, fun work (if you can call it work. Just seems like fun, lol) 🤘🏼🤘🏼🍻🥳🙏🏼
You guys are amazingly funny.💕🇺🇸😁
Exactly. As a consumer. Us rippers need that.
HELL YEAH GUYS. THIS IS A BANGER
LOVE THIS SONG. MY FAVORITE SONG OFF THIS ALBUM.
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
one of my favorite metallica songs
Damn..I've played this so many times on guitar ..actually the whole Justice album..yes!
Fuck yeah! Underrated Metallica song 🤘
Bleeding Me
Fixxxer
Low Man's Lyric
Hey guys that not just a bang the hall album is..It was great seeing you in that, definitely one of my best of Metallica.!! Metal Up your ASS...🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘Keep on keeping On. Cheerios 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺
I agree with your assessment about James vocals from album to album.
My favorite Metallica albums really are the pre-Black album ones. Imho no filler songs to be found...all solid.
" I know someone who isn't getting free wings " , what I was thinking as I hear them make the bet lol. Great choice guys , keep em coming.
Edit : Only 3 songs ?!?! You need to ramp it up guys !!
Love the vid guys, vintage Metallica is the best. One, Creeping Death, Ride The Lightning, Call of the Kuthulu are all the truth! Keep the great vids coming dudes!
For more if Metallica's early stuff, give The Four Horsemen a spin. For a radio friendly highlight, King Nothing. The band also has excellent covers of Whisky In The Jar and Turn The Page.
Veterans day "Disposable Heroes"
Vocals in kill em all is pretty amazing
Newsted was busy getting his reverse mullet cut on mixing day.
Still a F’n banger though!
Blackened
Battery
And Justice for All
This is me pissed on headphones listening to my favz. Metal on!!!
Waited 2 hours for you to post a video today 🤭
🔥 Hot wings 🔥
Isn't every song on Justice For All a banger?
For that matter isn't every album up through Justice For All a banger? Early Metallica is full of energy.
🎸Breadfan
🥁Helpless
🎹Crash Course In Brain Surgery
🎻The Small Hours
🎤The Wait
🤫
A quote from my favorite movie "Of course, fucking of course I wasn't asking, I was telling you", IT"S FUCKING METALLICA OF COURSE ITS A BANGER!
Love to see young bucks who get it. Fuck yeah. \m/
Still got my fingers crossed for Was It All Worth It by Queen 🤞(very hard to type with fingers crossed 😆)
Annie Anonymous well I very much appreciate the effort it took 🤣
It's a banger!
Yes, I know it's a Metallica cover...I don't care!
You guys need to listen to, The Prince. The guitar riff is unbelievably clean, yet intricate. Everytime I listen to it, I'm straining to hear the slightest mistake and it just isn't there. A testament to James and Lars' perfectionism in the studio.
My next Metallica suggestions:
My Friend Of Misery
Eye Of The Beholder
Best song on the album!!!
Check out Garage Inc. 1987. It's a great album. The whole album is awesome but The Small Hours is the shit. Love your channel keep it up!
You mean Garage Days Re Revisited. Metallica re-released Garage Days on their Garage Inc album. Easy mistake.
Haha, you are funny men...especially during the solo!! Hello from Russia :)
One is beautiful
its cool your wearing a dark side of the moon shirt reacting to a justice song. all the songs are good on both albums and i mean all of them,.
So many to list but I see Disposable Heroes is getting some requests so yeah that one. Nice reaction and break down men.
I like the way you analyzed the first four albums of Metallica Alex. And justice for all is top notch all the way. I think the production was a lot better than the first three albums. Don’t get me wrong master of puppets was amazing.
Red Miner I appreciate it
my grade is B+. It would be a B but for that Hammett solo. However, if you love drums you will love this entire album bc Lars had Jason's bass lowered to the point it is almost inaudible in the mix. It's like all you get to hear is drums on this album.
Nice one guys. An undeniable banger, one of so many. Please listen to Welcome Home (Sanitarium). My favourite Metallica song.
So many good Metallica songs to choose from. You can’t go wrong with anything on And Justice for All, but a couple of my favorites are off earlier albums. I recommend “Creeping Death”
Dude just do the whole album it is incredible
Time for Dio - Holy Diver
The studio version of this I’m not a huge fan of but played live it’s awesome. I can see why people like the studio version tho.
One of the sickest solos IDC
You should react the the Queen music vid, I want to break free! In it, the members of the band appeared in drag which, in America, was very controversial in the 80's. It was meant to a funny play on the British soap opera "Coronation Street" so, everyone in Europe got it, but not in conservative America. Because of this, the video was banned on MTV and America basically refused to play it. This is the reason the band stopped touring America!
Metallica is the KING of transitions!
The last of their Great albums IMHO
Outlaw torn or Bleeding of me, you wont be dissapointed
The Four Horseman next!!!
They headlined Lollapalooza but I was disappointed they weren't good live. Sound Garden and Rage against the machine stole the show!
A&A - Congrats on wings Alex! This is a banger. A drummer's dream! lol Total agreement with fake out endings. Strangely hypnotic rhythm & needed those few switch ups. My favorite Metallica song is "Enter Sandman". Great album as well. Great day to ya! :)
Lisa W I have friends that think "Enter Sandman" is scary as hell. It's one of my favorites though. Have a great day!
@@MMFrye I love it too! It is scary as hell. That's the whole point, no?! Haha. Great day to you as well, Missy! :)
@@lisaw5604 True!
Too bad they borrowed the riff from Excel's 'Tapping Into The Emotional Void' for Enter Sandman.
@@Bucketbothead007 Really? Interesting. Will listen to "Tapping Into..." today. ;) Have a great day Bucketbothead! :)
That's an awesome point you guys made. People can say what they want about Lars but he's never used the double Bass as a "crutch."
Trapped Under Ice!
Want a song that sounds like they are having fun, Orion, originally 2asnt apart of the Master of Puppets album but they were just messing around and jamming and came up with this song in like 3 days and put it on the album ehich one of the late cliff burtons absolute master piece bass solo in the prelude when they go harmony
OBEY HEADBOB
My favorite Metallica song.
Dude's, you guys need to react to Pantera's Domination live in Moscow. Way beyond Metallica. Iconic.
