Cool points guys. Even with the lack of rain, you still found some nice ones. I keep all the nutting stones too. I made a arrowhead holder out of an old travel cigar humidor that I take with me. I’m always scared I’m gonna break one.
Finally got some good rain. Hopefully you guys did too! Hitting one of our favorite spots tomorrow that hasn’t been plowed in a few years. 🤞 Good luck out there!
I like the foam box...makes me cringe like fingernails on a chalkboard when people throw points all together in their pocket or a bag where they can get chipped. I'm shocked at how dry it is this early in the year. We are already losing some corn and beans on sandy knolls down here. I haven't found a point in a field for well over a month, but I'm glad you did.
We finally received some good rain the last few days! Hopefully your did as well down there! Plenty of points still out there waiting to be saved…😃 Best of luck!!
Thanks Warren! We definitely have had some rain since this last video. We surely could use more however. Hopefully we’ll get some more before the crops get to tall
Drought or not, that was a pretty good day if you ask me. I really liked that fossil-filled point. That was cool. That weird thing you showed at 8:15 is very cool. I don't know what kind of fossil it is but I am pretty sure it IS a fossil of some sort. Thanks for sharing the adventure!
Thank you! Finally got a good amount of rain here. Hopefully it produces for us soon. Enjoyed your latest video as well! Never know what you’ll find on that river!!
@@kevinkline6835 I suppose it could be. Anything is possible. It almost seemed to strike me as starfish-esque in a way. And they're in the same general family as sea urchins and crinoids. It's a very interesting piece
Sweet finds but I gotta tell you, that box would last me for two years. We use travel soap dishes 😂 and still have trouble finding artifacts to put in them. Keep it up folks and good luck.
Hopefully you guys finally got some of that rain that came through the last few days. It was long overdue!! Looking forward to seeing some finds of yours.
.Friend, not a drop of water falls here since October and maybe the rain will arrive until August-September-October We almost always go from 8 to 10 months without rain. But the wind does help us in the great plains, it raises earth and sand and the points are discovered, good hunting my friend. Four tips of good quality. Blessings and it was nice to see you.
Thank you Coyote!! I need to catch up I. Your videos my friend! Always love seeing your finds! I have to agree, you win the award for the driest climate around!!!🤣 Good thing you have the wind!
Nice saves under those conditions. I'm thinking of using a leaf blower for the inches of dust I see in places, construction equipment really turns dirt into powder. GL next hunt 👍
I've convinced my wife that the heavier the house is with rocks the better chances we have in tornado events.:>_When I say that however it causes a funny reaction with her,The eyes roll then she turns away or looks down.Any thoughts about that?? I woulda brought that stuff home as well.Ya'll scored some good ones which is a success.
That’s hilarious!!! I’m sure my house isn’t as heavy as yours yet, but I’m keeping it down well with all the hammer stones I sneak home….🤣 Appreciate you stopping by it’s been tough out there. Finally got some much needed rain lately though!
For the conditions you guys did good 🤙, glad we finally got some rain 👌, good luck out there ✌️
Yes sir! The rain was welcomed!! We struggled, but found a couple anyway. Thanks for stopping by!
Nice saves, y'all !!!
Pretty dry and slow here too !! ✌🍀
Thank you! Things are finally getting better after some much needed rain!

Hey Aaron, Could it be a fossil Sea Urchin? Is the such a thing?

Oh whatever! …🤣You guys find tons of great stuff! Hope all is well and you’re out finding. Best of luck.
At least you all found a few artifacts. It’s been extremely dry in Central Ky too. A heavy rain wouldn’t hurt my feelings.

Congrats 👏! Corn and beans are drought resistant not so much artifact hunters 😢. So great job!
Yes they definitely are and we definitely are not…🤣 Thanks for watching and commenting!
Not bad for the conditions. My friend and I hunted 5 hot hours in the river today for one point each, so you guys beat us!
That’s definitely how it goes sometimes. Just makes the good hunts that much better….😉
Sweet 😎🏹

Not a bad hunt for lack of rainfall. I'd say you did alright. She earned her finds with that sun burn.
She definitely got some sun that day! Couple points is always better than nothing. Thanks for watching and commenting
