I remember back in the day I was mining in my single player world and I thought I saw someone else with the corner of my eye. It was not a zombie, I thought I saw another player / steve (not Herobrine). For one second I thought I was not alone in that world and that scared me so much omg I never felt so eerie in my life and it was all in my imagination. I had to close the game to calm down.
similar thing happened to me when i was younger i was obsessed (with good intentions i might add) to find hero brine i would make worlds in hope that i might find him the idea of being in a world with this sentient entity sounded awesome to me like i thought i could have a war with this thing i don't know I'm weird and when i was a child i was even more weird, but i was starting in a world and i built a starter base in the side of a mountain (this was on console edition btw) i went outside for whatever reason and as a i turned a corner like a vision that instantly disappeared it was hero brine standing right there it's odd looking back at it it felt my mind couldn't comprehend what it was looking at so memory loss happened or something and i was like "uh weird" so i just put off as it being a over active imagination but sometimes i feel it was him and my child mind went into a weird flight or fight mode or something and the moment when he vanished like some mobs do my brain forgot what happened right after i bumped into him but in reality if you look at it scientifically it was just my overactive imagination as a child
@@crazygamer646 god that’s nuts. Honestly. Console edition is its own can of worms. And on top of that bedrock in modern day. Something about those editions really set something off in me. But thank you for sharing! Absolutely awesome story! Sadly never had an experience with weird sites myself but maybe one day 🤔
Another eerie thing about Alpha and Beta Minecraft is how spawner dungeons were the only generated structure that existed in the game, before abandoned mineshafts, strongholds, villages, pyramids etc. were added. The lore implications that there must have been some kind of civilisation that built them, but these dungeons with spawners and chests with music discs are the only remnants left of them is quite interesting. The zombies and skeletons already existing in the game (before any other human-like mobs) also gave Minecraft a very postapocalyptic feeling. You wondered where these zombies and skeletons come from, if the world used to be populated by humans and why they left no other traces than the dungeons. The soundtrack of Minecraft also increased this feeling.
@@Zeder95 I always had a theory about Minecraft’s post apocalypse ngl. Beta and alpha felt like the story of a man reclaiming the frontiers after a nuclear winter or something of the sort.
Great storytelling and imagery! I remember feeling the same thing on the early mobile builds of minecraft. Even though it wasn’t incredibly immersive the fog was sooo intense. You truly felt like a lonely soul that was being haunted by herobrine.
this lowkey brought me back to the old days of beta and really got me thinking to it. thank you for the nostalgia 🙏🏻. and also, you def deserve more love as a creator
Yes. i know im making two comments... but this guys voice.. its such a perfect tone without the vocal fry. like. i bet he can say "in a world" perfectly. I also bet he knows where you got that and knows one man that has been chosen..

Oh hey, it's you again! Glad I caught this in the recommendations. If I may, here's some more feedback (and if I may not, just ignore everything below lol): I see you improved the lighting, looks a lot better now. The background music is also at a very nice volume. The images don't seem to linger anymore too which is great My main criticism would have to be on the script this time. Whenever you start a topic, it seems to take a while to get to the point. Usually, you wanna start with a hook, and then elaborate from there. For example, at the very start, the bit at 1:34 about "You are the only soul in that game" is a very impactful line to start a discussion with. Feels like it should've appeared right at the very start, (after the intro, that is), instead of over a minute in. Or when you talk about Herobrine, after a brief introduction, you could go straight into what makes him creepy. No need to elaborate on his trivia beforehand. Besides that, some more minor criticism would be, first, that it's quite obvious that you're reading from your phone when you keep staring to your side lol Also, try not to put any pictures or clips over your face. Feels messy otherwise. Something else is that, in general, you should keep the video at a steady pace. So, for example, instead of completely stopping the video to showcase disc 13's audio, you could briefly swap the background music to disc 13 while you're talking about it. Best of luck to you man! Hope you keep growing and improving.
