I had tried a couple of times from other channels. My curd never came out fine. It curdled. Tried this one today, For the first time it was fine. Egg trick worked. Also taste awesome. I have been making this since 2009 now every week. To avoid curdling yogurt/dahi/curd, please avoid adding salt at the beginning. Instead, add the salt once the mixture comes to a boil. Also, stirring continuously is important.
