Hi i m from Amritsar.you can also add khoya in this curd mixture while cooking .it will increase the taste.chef hasn't add saunth pd and saunf pd .cook raw mutton seperately in cooker in oil with whole garam masala and ginger garlic paste.add some onion slices also.it will increase the taste of yakhni. For a royal touch add saffron also while cooking of muttan in curd gravy.
