All army production buildings can be control grouped together. They made it so that the command card of each unit doesn't overlap. So you will see that one build has units at as, and the next is at df, if you selected both it would just be asdf
It was cool to see a Vet figuring things out on his own. I was like “Charge your white health on the creep!” GG! Kevin Dong probably not the ideal opponent to try a new faction against.
It does look interesting, but as someone new to this game, a live-gameplay presentation of each faction would do more than just playing a round and having no idea what each unit or building does.
A lot of the buildings seem generic and uninteresting, no character. What the fk is that town hall building design with the sharp triangle edges it looks like a sacrificial pit of UD. It’s not pleasing to look at in the slightest… needs work… I am excited for this game it just annoys me why they don’t make the designs as decent as possible, like it was in Warcraft 2+3 and Starcraft etc where each building is iconic and instantly recognisable, most importantly they have character.
This game looks insanely fun and I can't wait to get in. Though it seems it's taking more of a Warcraft, rather than Starcraft approach to its combat than I enjoy. It seems like units take a longer time to kill each other, and that many units have a lot of abilities to use. This takes emphasis away from macro and shifting it towards mucro, which I don't necessarily like. I think it should still be possible to outperform an opponent macrowise that should leverage you into a position to overrun your opponent. Right now it seems like getting your ressources secured seems trivial, and that winning the game comes down largely to micro in combat. This one game is of course too little to go off, but i still wanted to get my half-baked thoughts out there. Love you grubby!
Yeah i agree i love to macro but when i know my opponent is macroing it messes with my macro so i have to macro more in combat taking away from my macro on my base and if i notice my opponent also macroing his army and base it just makes me macro all over myself
So far both races looks fun to play and I want to know more about them and the lore in general. My main concerns atm are the maps and creeping. As it currently stands I can only see this as a campaign game, not a competitive one. Maybe things will change after a beta or two.
