Also I didn’t notice the first time watching but I’m pretty sure stolas covered all his photos of him specifically,there’s a photo of him and his daughter when he’s walking away from blitz and you only see her and the side with stolas in the photo is covered,I think he really hates himself at this point and I feel bad for both bliz and stolas
It’s also shown he’s ran out of his antidepressants :((
Ultimately this needed to happen.
Blitzo and Stolas' deal was always exploitative and unhealthy on both ends.
Blitzo is a self-destructive mess who pushes everyone away and demolishes his own relationships because of his insecurities and implusively lashing out, but the harshest part is that he really isn't even completely wrong.
As we saw throughout season 1, Stolas was constantly only thinking and talking about sex with him and ignoring Blitzo when he showed he was uninterested or uncomfortable with the flirting and Stolas really was coercing him into a transactional arrangement at first as seen in the first episode.
Their relationship was inherently unhealthy because of the severe imbalance of power and the fact that even though on some level Blitzo does like Stolas he was being made to feel trapped and unable to have his own boundaries because losing Stolas' favor would mean the destruction of his business and livelihood. Even if it wasn't what Stolas intended to do, it's still what happened because Stolas was overcompensating hard for having gone so long starved for affection and didn't realize how complicated the situation and feelings really were for Blitzo soon enough.

Ah yes blame blitz for yelling when he's 1 in the right and 2 absolutely correct to feel the way he did stolas starts the conversation as if he's just gonna kick blitz out and take the book then stolas immediately assumes blitz only sees at sex and not a relationship which WHY WOULD HE NOT stolas has framed the whole thing as just sex of course that's what blitz thinks then stolas just doesn't wanna talk about the problem he just runs off crying then kicks blitz out not wanting to talk about the problem blitz was the one in the he right he's the victim here not stolas
I absolutely feel bad for stolas but this is his own fault he starts the convo wrong then just doesn't wanna talk about the problem instead just ignore it

I get that you don't like Blitz for his handling of this situation....but looking at his past and the missing pieces we have of AFTER the fire that almost killed Fizz, took his mother and made his father and sister abandon him and putting the blame all on him...I can't really say I blame Blitz for not understanding right off the bat...
