    Dan, love your posts, thanks for sharing your awesome knowledge.
    What are your thoughts on using two different weights to do double kettlebell exercises? I have a decent selection of bells but don't have any two of the same weight. What is the maximum differential in weights that you would suggest.

      Actually, Pavel quotes me in one of his books about being a big fan of these. I like an even weights. I do like them with rather large imbalances, but that might just be me.

    Quick question:
    Out of your library of books, do you or will make a strength book that encompasses physical and mental strength tactics. Like blend 40 years and a whistle with easy strength.

      My books? I would say ES Omnibook. If you are on danjohnuniversity.com, you get the goal achievement course for free (I think) and that combo might really help.
