Saw them a few years ago and I was making my way to the mosh on the side at an outdoor concert. They were playing "Indians" and he started screaming at me. I didn't know why. But it turns out he's a big Raiders fan and I was wearing a jersey. Super awesome 👍

One of the greatest bands of all time. Joey still singing strong. Charlie one of the best ever. Scott still hammering those bad ass rhythms as only he can do. Solid all around and a great live act. They deserve all the success. No offense to the other singer but Joey coming back made all the difference in the writing and music. Anthrax and megadeth forever!.

Truly the best concert I have ever been at. The 5 ORIGINAL members were all together for a tour, even (Dan Spitz) played and Joey was singing like he never left. A local MN band started the show, then God forbid was the opening act. Anthrax sounded great that night at 1st Ave in Minneapolis. Very cool!!!!!

Saw Among the Living tour. Kick ass. Saw all the thrash gods at that time. Megadeth and Slayer uncountable times. Overkill was somehow the opening band for everyone at the time in Los Angels, Ca. and gotta say they were always a headliner they just played first. Actually at the Among the Living was in Santa Monica and and you you'd just see like Mike Muir of Suicidal Tendencies walking by with his crew and shit. That was a particularly crazy show as it was close to the 4th of July if not the 4th and people had fireworks and shit in there. Like M80's and bottle rockets. They stopped the show for a good 5 minutes. They all walked off stage. Then Frank Bello came out and laid the hammer down.

I grew up with Anthrax, I'm 54. I've seen them many times and have lost touch with for whatever reason. Recently I've been watching a lot of UTube bands and their gear and found many shows with Anthrax. I've gotten that feeling back again and yes I'm 54. The metal in us doesn't die, sometimes it goes dormant. These guys have not lost their touch and I could appreciate the energy. Good to have Joey back and what can I say about the rest of the band?! Scott is a fucking freak, Charlie is solid and Frank is a monster. The other guy I can't get into, although his solos are solid, he just doesn't fit for me, I miss Dave. Great show, I was impressed.

I think out of all the big thrash metal bands, Anthrax is definitely the best. Metallica has some of the most iconic and influential metal songs, Megadeth has some extremely technical and interesting riffs, Slayer has speed that no one can match, but Anthrax just has so much energy and pure joy for what they do. I think they're definitely what any thrash band should aim to be. Energetic and fun.
