This was really cool to see it come alive as you weathered it Howard...it went from plastic to to prototype in minutes. Any suggestions for us N Scale guys? My cars are about the size of the Maryland decal...it's difficult
Hi Cal, Another excellent video. Thank you for posting. Question fir you. How come you haven't given the pasel weathering a try yet? Or maybe you have? Love Howard but would also like to sea you perform your magic!
I'd like to correct several comments I made in Al's forum.....I said I have no idea of what I'm doing and that is partly true referring to O scale or O gauge. I have pastel weathered more than 500 HO cars in my "What Could Have been" series of scratch-built cars. ......all in wood. But Al has me doing gloss finished plastic cars in O, in which I rarely have done. Then Al asked me to weather some of my HO brass, in which I have never before attempted. I have to work quite fast in these mini tutorials, so I'm never quite happy with results. Normally I'd take a considerably more amount of time to achieve what I would call "complete" and OK for prime time. The big picture is that it is fun and part of a hobby I love and if my work coupled with's Al's
Nice job Howard!!
Great tutorial. Thank you for showing us!
I got this tip from a tool restoration channel. Put the rattle can into a pail of warm water for about 20 minutes. It seems to flow better.
Both of you have me motivated to try weathering, thanks😊👍!
Looks like fun 👍🏻
Absolutely amazing to see!
Thank you my friend
Would love to see another steam locomotive weathering video!
Go to my Playlist then to my favorite do it yourself videos there will be 2 steam engines and diesels

No they will seal if untouched takes about 2 weeks
