I have many Nitecore lights, they never let me down! I’ve also had great customer service from them, sent me a scratched powerbank(probably in shipping) I sent pics and they sent me a new one and told me to keep the original which still worked fine! Anyway thanks for the great review!

Got both lights for work. The mt2a pro and the i5t plus. Love the nitecore much more cause of the brightness. The specs are almost the same, excepts the beams. Olights i5t plus is more like a floodlight.
Tint isnt green is it? Doesnt look like it. Also its the UHI 20. Yeah sucks it has a reverse clicky..nobody want that..but ill prob still get it..if its under $40

We do giveaways all the time, but usually international giveaways are something that we have to take care of ahead of time with manufacturers to make sure that they are going to a location that they provide shipping to.
they downgraded the tail switch though. It's a reverse clicking spring action.. so there's no more morse code or silent signaling like all other Multi Task pen lights in nitecore's legacy lineup. The MT2A is only "worse" for being AA only at 345lm. Everything else about the light feels more expensive and well built. This new one went for brightness and a rather useless NL1416R battery that fits literally in NO charging docks (meaning you cannot see any actual analytics about your battery to maintain it properly!) and can only be charged by it's own on-battery port. making it very unwieldly and cumbersome, also doesn't integrate with the rest of your lights/batteries and must be treated special (not good) while also fitting in no existing battery holders. I used to be a nitecore fan in the sense that i was going to stick solely to their lineup for convenience and brand loyalty purposes, but all their "weird" decision making that's clearly predatory (like apple) such as making these one-off batteries is problematic. Without the NL1416R, you are left with a very respectable 500lm AA light, but the selling point of being 1000lm and losing a real tail switch is a high cost to pay. Why do they do this? what was wrong with 2x 14500s? ohhh you don't want us to buy it anywhere else OR use existing storage solutions??? got it... I'm disappointed tbh. All that would be forgivable if we got silent signaling on half press and a much more intuitive way to switch modes (I HATE when modes are switched using the On/Off switch because it always makes you cycle accidentally. and that's a hallmark of a crap light)

Mt2a Pro comes in at 1,000 lumens. Definitely beats the i5T plus.

If you've used the first Rev of the Wurkkos TS12, this is nowhere near as green, but falls in there just slightly.

Convoy is too fat.
It's a chunky light, for sure, but darn it looks good!
