What if Vader took Luke Skywalker to the Emperor in Episode 5? As planned, Vader wanted to freeze Luke in carbonite, what if that actually happened? How would everything turn out in the end?

In my absolute honest opinion, nothing.
At the time Ahsoka attended the meeting, Anakin had already gone to Palpatine. Palpatine then revealed he was the dark lord. Over the next 2 hours, order 66 begins and the Jedi all die.
Yoda is busy on Kashyyk and all of the other council members had already left the call. The only thing I could see would Yoda *maybe* being slightly less surprised when viewing the recording (though, to be honest, he was already unsurprised, to begin with).

This is perfect: this means return of the jedi never happened, Han would’ve left the rebels before dating leia, therefore preventing the birth of Ben solo, which means Rey never needed to get involved, and most importantly the sequels never happened!!! 😃
I know that the newer sequels don't line up with a lot of facts, but I still really like them induvidially as movies

Darth Plagueis was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so wise he could use the Force to influence the midichlorians to create life… He had such a knowledge of the dark side that he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying. The dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful… the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew, then his apprentice killed him in his sleep. Ironic. He could save others from death, but not himself.

B-1 Battledroid but did you ever hear about the tragedy of Anakin Skywalker, the chosen one. I thought not, it isn’t a story the Sith would tell you, it’s a Jedi legend. Anakin Skywalker was a Jedi Knight who became so powerful with the force that it was mentioned that he was higher in midichlorians than Yoda.......Anakin knew of his potential and spent all his life training to be Jedi he was told to be, however, he had attachments, a wife and a mother, he failed to save his mother and in his desperateness to save his wife he fell to the dark side and became a Sith and killed all the Jedi and unintentionally.....his wife, he forged an Empire and became Darth Vader. Ironic. He spent all his life training to be the greatest Jedi only to become the most powerful Sith.

Disney literally has no idea what a lightsaber does. You can’t just invent force heal half way through the final movie(for now). It literally ruins the rest of the saga. Literally everybody who died nearby another Jedi in all the other films would have survived. Force healing is so stupid. It would only be good if it was invented in the originals so then we would have it for the entire saga.

Someone answers me this: when Luke grabbed his lightsaber to strike the Emperor down in Return of the Jedi, and "complete his training".
Vader blocked his blade.
Now the question is, was it Vader defending his master? Or anakin saving his son from making the mistake of following his path? Vader had known through conversation that Luke was willing to die if he could not turn his father.
We know Anakin was in Vader at some point. Luke sensed it. So was there conflict or double motives in his blocking Luke from killing the Emperor?
Steve Duggan I believe Vader might have known that Sidious was tempting Luke, like a “Loth-cat playing with a mouse.” Sidious could very well take Luke down in an instant and Vader was conflicted on making a decision: serve his master and gain power over an entire galaxy? Or help his son restore order to the world but face a powerful foe that is his master? Anakin was always in Vader, just dormant under the mask that is Darth Vader. The second that he saw the Emperor’s back turned to him and his son suffering I front of him, Anakin returned and took that chance to restore peace to the Galaxy, even if it meant he would die along with Sidious.
The novelization answers your question. It says "It was a pity that Vader couldn't let Luke kill the Emporer then. Luke wasn't ready for that, emotionally. There still was a chance Luke would return to his friends (if he killed the Emporer). So Vader had to shepherd Luke through moments like this, preventing him from doing damage in the wrong places, or in the right places prematurely.
Vader was under the impression that both him, and the emperor could turn Skywalker to the dark side together, which is what was shared with him in episode five. In episode six, Skywalker's training was not completed, and he could still be open to temptation of the dark. After Vader deflected Skywalker's blow to the emperor, Skywalker was teetering on the dark side. He became one with the dark side after Vader mentioned that he would turn Leia to the dark side, and he used all of his hatred to strike down Vader, achieving the goal of both Vader and Palpatine. Vader, like Dooku, was more than likely duped into believing he would be of some continued use to the emperor if the both coerced Skywalker to join the dark side, and he probably had the same sort of shock and reaction as Dooku did when his master order his death. When Luke Skywalker realized he had become the very thing he hated most, the darkness, the only thing he knew that he could do to defeat it, was to renounce the dark side.
In the Episode IX Novelization it says that The Emperor had tried the whole Essence transfer into a powerful being thing before, but Vader saved him by blocking his blade. Jeff Unrau's reply lets you know this more in-depth.
No, it was only at the end did Vader realise what was happening, and that he could fulfill the prophecy. He was trapped in the mentality that he must obey his master.

Here's what I believe should happen

After both Anikan and ahsoka leave the temple, they go to live with padmae, anikan lives with here because she is his wife, but asoka lives with them because anikan sees ahsoka as his sister, and padmae allows ahsoka because ahsoka is a friend.
Now we head back to the temple, where the jedi are shocked that anikan left the order, but they have to accept anikans decision
Flashforward to the start of episode 3, now remember, during this ahsoka previously lead the siege of mandalore, but since she did not get asked by Staines sister, boba, so the seige of mandalore does not happen, YET
Aboard grievous ship, instead of anikan and obi-wan, now, it's mace windo and obi-wan saving the chancellor, now taking dooku alive, instead of anikan killing him.
Anikan and padmae are now living on nabbo, with ahsoka as anikans "sister" , they hear the news that dooku has been captured, but grevious still escapes, then everything plays out like it would in the original episode 3, obi-wan killing grevious and the war being over
Now anikan still has visions of padmae dying of child birth, but ahsoka helps anikan get through it along with padmae
Since the war is almost over, with battles still taking place, boba pleads her case to the Senate, stating that the sith Warrior darth maul has control of madalore, the Senate hearing this decides to send 2 cruisers, and 2 jedi masters, Obi-wan and mace windo.
The seige follows around the same, but with more support, it goes faster, then we get a final battle between maul, obi-wan, and mace, instead of ahsoka v maul
Mace and obi-wan defeat maul, after an epic duel which had fast paced duels, like imagine the anikan v obi-wan fight from episode 3, just like that, but with aduel bladed light saber, 2 jedi, 1 sith, and not on mustafar.
But what about order 66, that never happens, since palpatine needed anikan for his plan to succeed.
Anikan and padmae still have their 2 children, Luke and leia, with ahsoka being like an aunt/mentor for them
Meanwhile, palpatine senses the two children of the chosen one, and travels to nabbo, hoping to either turn anikan now, or take a child for palpatine to train in the dark side.
Palpatine arrives, and anikan and ahsoka sense a dark presence, padmae sees the sith lord, the one they have been looking for, and contacts the jedi council, saying that the sith lord was at nabbo,
The jedi assemble Obi-wan, mace, Yoda, kit fisto, plo koon, travel to nabbo to try and capture the sith lord
Ahsoka and anikan know they won't be able to hold off palps for long, so the jedi must hurry, ahsoka uses her mobility and quickness to her advantage, dodging the sith lords attacks, while anikan uses his true power in the force to counter palpatines pure, dark power.
The jedi arrive and land on the planet
They enter the lake side home, to find the sith lord, and the two former jedi, dueling.
With more jedi palpatine cannot handle them all, he is only able to kill PLO-koon, which devastates ahsoka, since plo found ahsoka and brought her to the temple, and is able to kill kit fisto. But then is soon disarmed, and forced to surrender, the jedi soon discover juke and leia,senseing their power in the force, knowing they could be trained at the temple, which they are
So all in all, like and leia still become jedi, ahsoka and anikan basically become family, no order 66, no darth Vader, we get obi-wan and mace v maul, dooku maul and palpatine are sent to prisons in the deep outer rim, and the jedi survive, with no empire in site,
Yeah I know this seems stupid, but hey it a personal opinion so I am probably wrong

Anakin Skywalker is the Chosen One. It was *always* his destiny to destroy the Sith & bring balance to the Force (even if only temporarily, as the dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be... unnatural). Anakin's children were always the only one who had a chance at redeeming him. There was no other way for this to end.

I mean, tbh Leia and co. were doing just fine in their escape attempt. Remember they had to turn back to rescue Luke. So they’d have gotten away but with less effort and suspense. So it wouldn’t be that different.

rey had some training. Luke trained her a bit in TLJ and Leia trained her a bit in TROS. also need I remind you that both ani and Luke could do some stuff without training.
Metroid Other M the only thing anakin did without training was spinning because that’s a good trick and Luke did basically nothing against Vader until ROTJ and when he did that he was immersed in the dark side also anakin got his butt kicked by count dooku in Attack if the clones and he had received 10 years of actual training at that point not swinging a lightsaber at a rock

Rex removed is chip in The Clone Wars when Fives warned Anakin and him. So Ashoka would probably do the same thing and pretend to have died during Order 66 or Order 66 might have not happened. Because Anakin was effected when she left the order, I don’t think he would’ve turned having a apprentice.

However, I think once Jesse realized what was going (whenever the actual chip would have failed), he would make some kind of gesture to Rex and Ahsoka before the other clones realized what he was doing. Rex and Ahsoka have known Jesse for a long time. Ahsoka could sense it and Rex would just know from being so close to him over the years. This would give Jesse just enough time to adjust his position so he could take the side of Ahsoka and Rex before the battle started.

@Brick Obma Ventress wasn't a Sith, Maul was trained and the Plagius was killed. The rule of two officially ended when Palpatine came along with his inquisitors.
@@BoldOne8760 it isn't exactly like that. From my understanding Maul and Ventress were just assassins not technically a sith or at least not a sith lord. Plagueis allowed Palpatine to train Maul so I would say that Plagueis broke the rule of to, but I digress. I think inquisitors were dark jedi, not sith. Palpatine had a lot of assets like Mara Jade that weren't sith lords even if they used sith teachings. However, I could be wrong, but that is how I understand it. So he was still kind of following the rule of two, just not to the tee since there were only two sith lords at a time.
From my understanding, there are only two Sith (a master to hold the power & an apprentice to crave it) at a time. Until you complete the training and have the title of “Darth” placed upon you by your master, you’re technically not a Sith. You can’t be a master if still an apprentice yourself, therefore you’d be unable to officially promote your “apprentice” to Darth. Once you’ve killed your Sith master, you take their place...so on and so forth. The inquisitors and assassins were Dark Side tools to be used and tossed aside when their value was nil.
