I’m 21 years old and I swear deep down I believe I’m less healthy than an 80 year old with heart disease. It’s so irrational. Crazy how 1 panic attack has left me in shambles for 5 years. I never moved on from the panic attack I had years ago. 🙁
Why is that panic attack disturbing you today?
@@OCDRecovery the panic attack isn’t, but the panic attack made me aware of my heart beating and breathing and I haven’t felt the same since. It’s like I hate my own heart and every time it beats faster than it should I get pissed. I feel my heart beating and breathing all the time.
