Muay Thai Combo 2 - Liver Kick Setup Using the Shuffle Jab
Вставка
- Опубліковано 4 жов 2024
- This is a short, explosive, combination to setup your liver kick using the shuffle jab!
Shuffle Jab - Rear Hook - Lead Body Kick
(from switched stance)
Key Points to Remember
As you throw your jab, your lead foot will shuffle to back. This will put your rear foot up front putting you in the opposite stance.
Immediately throw your lead hook (rear side hand). This will then load up your body kick on the lead side.
As you throw your body kick, post out with your lead hand to help gauge your distance and keep your balance.

Awesome man. Thanks for the video. What brand is your heavy bag? Looks real nice.
Is there any benefit to having your upper body more square to your opponent vs. more turned in? I realize it brings the power hand closer but doesn't it also leave you more vulnerable? Thanks
+OurLucidDream In Muay Thai the body is more square so you can attack and defend from both sides. When you are turned in (like a boxing stance) it leaves you more vulnerable to leg kicks, sweeps, etc.
Thanks
Hey man, great video! Can I ask what video editing program you are using? Thanks
Thanks for the videos. For a set up in my garage. What heavy bag, and is it hanging from your ceiling? Thanks again
