Hi there! If you have a 4 Medium yarn, and your loom has the same peg spacing as mine, I recommend you to work using 2 or 3 strands at the same time. Otherwise, the resulting knitting work may look too "holey", like a net... Here you will be able to see what I mean: ua-cam.com/video/ZHD-jS0nEjQ/v-deo.htmlsi=UJ_fwGypimv0LOWb&t=174
You can definitely use worsted weight #4, but you need to have three to four loops on the pegs. Although your first and last pegs will never have the same as the rest. I'm working on one now with four loops and it's thick but doesn't have the movement I like so will redo with 3 loops on pegs.
I just learned how to loom scars last winter I believe it was but I don’t understand why that first cast off once it starts making the the shape of the scarf. Why is it that first row that you done is loose when you know you put it on tight how do you fix that from getting so loose?
Hi darling! I knew I wanted to finish this scarf as an infinity scarf (joining the ends together), so I didn't worry much about the cast on and its tightness. But you are right, the cast on is looser than the rest of rows, so, I could have used a different strand of yarn to temporarily hold it and, at the end, put it back on the loom and finish it in a different way. I'll show that in another video!
Hi there! It depends on width and the separation of the pegs. The ones I use are like if I were using knitting needles of 6mm, and they require bulky yarn
Thankyou this is best beginners video I found

Quick question!! 🙋🏽♀️ am I able to use 4 Medium yarn?

Would it work to use yarn #4 instead of #5?

Can i use other than bulky yarns?

I am a bluey-purple kinda gurl. Wonder where the yarn came from....(Some companies do ship yarn overseas if necessary.).
Porfavor en español 🙏
