History... that’s amazing..! One of my favorite helicopters 🚁 it’s priceless to see and I think it will be outstanding to fly... everyone who has a real passion for helicopters can agree.. just imagine the sound of 20 of them during early Vietnam war, taking off together and land somewhere under enemy fire... heroes of ancient times..! I hope a day to have the unique opportunity to see one of this beauty for real... dreams...!
They put one in the smithsonian if youre near DC. I work at the company that made these so i get to see a skeleton of one every day. Not as cool though lmao
l' Incroyable Banane volante il est magnifique en plus j' adore la musique du Wright R-820-103 si s' en est un?! Merci pour ce moment extraordinairement magique! Un abonné français.
@@nazarderkach9320 That was my second guess. Your probably right. One bad thing I did find out about this Helicopter is the engine. The design is new, the engine has to run at full power the entire time it is in the air. The radial engines on these would wear out around 200 hours and a major overhaul is needed. That sucks and damn expensive I bet. Take care my friend.
Excellent footage, I've loved seeing this one of kind only flying H-21 at different airshows over the years, My friend Wayne Frank & I flew in it from Van Nuys Airport to Romona back in 2006, I have footage of our flight on my UA-cam Channel.
Back in the mid 90's I was part of the Flight Crew (FSO) Flight Safety Officer I would give the safety briefings to the passengers and to make sure that if anything happened I had to make sure everyone got out safely. My call sign was "DOC" because I was an EMT at the time. I remember flying up to Fontana to do the filming of Godzilla and almost plowed over Matthew Broadrick between takes.
My father who was a fighter in Algeria independence war, did beat n burned one full of legionnaires commandoes with his Thompson machine gun, yeah,it was in 1955 at battle of Zerize near Khenchela Algeria
My Grandfather earned a Distinguished Flying Cross in one of these

I worked on the H21 in Hawaii. I was assigned to the 25th Inf Div. It was a good aircraft and e used it to Instruct Door Gunners for Nam.

Me: "Mom, can we have a Chinook?"
Mom: "No, we already have a Chinook at home!"
The Chinook at home:
You have to admit this is one wholesome, rustic chinook at home.
They should repaint this in yellow with a minion on the side saying "Bannnannnaaaaaaaa"😝😂😂
I'm impressed with this design more and more. Is that a F-4U Corsair parked around the corner? @ 1:25.
Looks more like a P-47 to me.

Can’t wait for some developer to recreate this beauty for MSFS. I’d pay good money for it.
