Hi Dave. I just remember something. You may want to check the spacing between the tire and the leaf spring. I have similar rims and I had to use wheel spacers. I might not rub now but it may rub under load. Specially if you are planning to use a back seat and loaded with people, it might rub then. Sup Ivan? I had headphone on and that bass sounded great.
The tires don’t rub buddy. Have had issues with 10.5” wide tires installed on a Precedent where the tire runs on the brake cable. Never had an issue with TXT, even with tires with an aggressive tread…
Nice job Dave. I agree on the too much work on the battery tray. I also rather replace the battery tray and just get it done. Also this is what is bad about EZGOs "the rust" On your next build, if you are pressed for time, one can buy the whole break assembly it comes pre assembled. The break assembly is hold with just 4 bolts but it might cost a bit more. Nice jog on cleaning all the parts and that paint job on the frame looks awesome. What brand of paint did you use? Sure make it easier to install a lift kit when the frame is naked. I don't thing the rear shocks are need it with a heavy duty leaf spring because it makes the ride very stiff. Yup! beard grow fast in just a few days. Looking good. That pulled pork made me hungry. Did you eat it with barbecue?
SOS pads (steel wool soap pads) clean alloy parts up really well. Everything looked like new, except the diff housing. But, now you know if there is a next time. Stuff like this is addictive, so I'll assume there will be a next time. Thanks for sharing.
We went after the worst bits with the flap disc first, then realized it wasn’t worth saving! The plan was to finish it off with a brush attachment. Thanks for watching, please keep the suggestions coming Bro…

So i guess no part 4? Beautiful build so far
There is corrosion in the battery wells, I wonder if sandblast would work better to remove the damage?
Probably, I’ve found they are relatively cheap to replace with a new one when you consider the amount of time it takes to refurbish them!
Hi Dave, can I ask where you get all your parts from for the TXT ?
Ready for the update video
