Took the potentially most expensive car, the competition buggy, did not sell it but gave it to someone who had lost his in a fire. Your class act Sir. Salute!!
What an amazing collection, and a brilliant thing to do for your friend at the club. These things get so personal when you've had them for years. I recently sold my 1990 Tamiya King Cab to a friend, who I know is going to do the right thing by it, and restore it back to its former glory, but I do miss it. I still have my Manta Ray, and not letting that go!! Great video. And I love that you didn't gauge the crap out of the prices, and kept it within the reach of us mere mortals who love the hobby. Have a great weekend. 👍🏻
I had a Hi-Lux when they first came out. Didnt use it very much as I was into buggy racing at the time. But I agree it's engineered very well for the times. 👍

Sorry to hear about 935. Yes, it is one of the Holy Grails of vintage RC cars. Even back in 1990, the early on road pancars were nowhere to be found (wish there had been internet back then). The ultimate Holy Grail is though, Can Am Lola that came out in 1980. At least, that is my opinion.
