The spark plug wires are setup with the ignition coils on cylinder 2, 4, and 6. Then the spark plug wire connects from the ignition coils to the other cylinders, which are 3, 1, and 5.
Cylinder 2 leads to cylinder 3
Cylinder 4 leads to cylinder 1
Cylinder 6 is cylinder 5
