He dispersed a massive storm and did a colossal explosion with Bakugo. That feat trumps anything Shigaraki has done. Shigaraki would get absolutely obliterated.

A Nomu with Internet Access I don’t know about stomps. I’d say mid dif. In the few minutes a 100% deku would have to fight he could do some damage but nothing serious especially if shigaraki gets his quirk back
