Explaining Shoto Todoroki’s Quirk Awakening: Phosphor in My Hero Academia

Endeavor was def bluffing when he said Shoto has the potential to surpass All Might as the recent arcs clearly portray One For All and All For One on their own tiers compared to any other power. Even in ch 321, Deku said no one else can keep up with OFA and AFO fighting.
He said the same for Dabi as well before he finds out his body weakness and Dabi clearly is fodder to All Might even without that

Nah brother, Endeavor said Shoto can surpass All Might. That’s definitely and vastly different then saying he could pass OFA itself. All Might is definitely catchable which is why AFO Shiggy was intimidated by Bakugo. Bakugo showed you that it’s becoming possible with the way quirks are evolving to catch the previous status quo. Mind you Bakugo blitzed AFO badly and he’s a 16 year old first year….Shoto after a potential time would be on that level. His quirk is limitless really which is why Horikoshi wrote it as “still figuring it out” there’s no limit to how low or high he can raise his temp only how fast or he can raise it or drop it hence “Touya is a lot faster at raising his temperature then I am”. That’s silly Endeavor damaged AFO BADLY and showed he could do well against (not beat) AFO Shiggy during the last war. Endeavor is weaker then both Shoto and Touya he just had way more experience then them both. Not to mention Shoto froze a city block instantly without even mastering the technique. He’s a 16 year old first year doing all this. He’ll definitely catch All Might the same as Deku and Bakugo but he won’t catch Deku because of the nature of OFA.

AM with garbage levels of OFA already at 18 blitzing missing and flying around a city easily dropping large city level attacks and using shock waves strong enough to cause massive damage to buildings. You're bs how powerful Dabi and Shoto would have gotten.
AFO with a fake AFO quirk and breathing issued still was clapping Endeavor. AM had no stomach and missing vital organs and can change the weather while he is significantly much weaker. No one is on OFA and AFO level. Only New Order and possibly the deuteragonist is getting close. This is way too much wank.

Yeah if bakugo could do it there’s no reason shoto couldn’t.
