- I officially completed chemotherapy treatment on Nov 30, 2021 and have commenced re-integration into society. Little did I know, it would be just the beginning...

Hey Joseph, so glad you’re through with your chemo and doing quite well. I am just amazed at how well you were handling all this. I know you have your mother around but I hope you have some other support of friends etc. Sometimes you need someone other than a mother to talk with. Congrat's Joseph on completing your treatment. I understand exactly what you were saying. Things that you may have considered important money, career, may not be as important now. I say do the things that make you the most happy. Cancer has given you a different way to view your life . You have turned off the auto-pilot and you're now in manual. So live your life the fullest! Joseph, you teach people wise lessons. I had (have) cancer to, but did not needed chemo. I can imagine that this was a hard experience for You. A cancer diagnoses, in general, changes a person, but chemo does even more I think. Often for the better. What I learned is not to be afraid of death anymore, and that’s a huge thing. I love your vids, so inspiring. Take care 🌸

IMO? :) Super clean nourishing healing food, herbs, gut health, cold immersion and sauna, nurturing rest and sleep, restorative nature time, powerful and rigorous boundaries about stress. Always here for you to uplevel all that! ROCK ON!
I want to hear more about this wisdom you've attained. When you say you "see things that you didn't see before..." I think you're describing how it feels when you've gained a level of enlightenment. You've advanced. I'm awed and inspired by it.

I think when you go through chemo you are in fight mode with the cancer knowing you have those drugs working to kill the cancer cells. Once chemo is over I’d think you move to a waiting stage where you wait for the results of treatment you have had. Every appointment to follow up would be stressful with anxiety worrying about “if the cancer is still hiding somewhere or if it is indeed GONE.” You look wonderful and I wish you a very happy and healthy 2022 and beyond.

My brother is getting chemo for lung cancer. He is sooo sick and weak and extremely angry. Understandably so but it’s so hard to see him go through all this and be so helpless.
Sorry to hear that, Michelle. Take care and wishing your brother peace and relief.
Add intermittent fasting to keep cancer away because all cancer feeds on glucose and glutamine which fasting starves cancer.

Hi Michelle! I’m doing great. I need to set aside some time to make another video. I’ve been very busy with work and life and trying to do all the healthy things. But I’m very well! Stay tuned for an update soon.
Maybe use cbd ..hemp..as preventative tool to keep cancer at bay...
