It’s hard to continue following when she does have such a ginormous house but I do respect her work ethic and how far she has come! One of her main reasons for moving was so the kids could have their own rooms but I noticed in a lot of her reveals that most of the kids are still sharing. My husband and I have had many nights where we have to eat the supper our kids didn't finish off their plates because COVID has hit us so hard, yet she is able to get way fair chairs, heck entire rooms decorated like magazines. I'll never understand why people with money get free stuff when they are more than capable to pay for it while people who struggle can barely eat. I can see how this makes regular Mamas so depressed. And she's proud of it. 😕
The free stuff comes not based on someone’s financial status but the value they can add to the company. Because of Jordan’s audience she can bring a lot of value to a company by promoting them, thus the free stuff.

Shouldn't the kids also reap the rewards.

Remodelling is so strange where I am from. It surprises me how quickly you tubers move to tear out and spend a lot on money on things that aren't broken for the "aesthetic".

Don’t most UA-camrs get things for free and share them with their audience? I’ve watched Jordan FOREVER and in my opinion she is as real as they come. They didn’t walk into money. For myself, I watch a lot of the lifestyle type vlogs because I love seeing grocery hauls/furniture and decoration videos and house tours but I never really think to apply most of it in my own life. With Jordan's new house to me, it is so far out of the realm of any house I would ever own that I just enjoy seeing how they decorate and make space their own. I like watching her videos, but I do appreciate the point you make about not comparing yourself to influencers. It’s the same thing with celebrities. Women will worship celeb moms who seem to do it all and have their 6 pack back in no time. It’s not negating any hard work they do, but they do not live our lives. No one cooks my meals for me. I do all of the shopping, budgeting, meal planning, cooking, and cleaning. It’s also not my job to look good. If I want to look good, I have to be my own personal trainer and make time for working out. I do my own hair and makeup. Etc I live a super budget friendly lifestyle. In a realistic budgeted life, you don’t have all of the nice things. I’m sure Jordan worked hard to get where she is, but she doesn’t live a relatable budget friendly life anymore. She is ridiculous. She blocked me on IG years ago after I called her out on her Mexican vacation that she went on and on about how they ‘saved up” to be able to take the vacation but yet kept mysteriously “shouting out” the resort in her stories (tagging, referencing over and over, etc). When people finally started calling her out on it, she admitted to getting “perks” for staying there but would never say what exactly those “perks” were. I called her out on it. Take your free vacation, I couldn’t care less, but don’t claim how possible it is for everyone if you just “save up” like we did. It is misleading and makes others feel inadequate if they can’t do the same for their families.

I commented on a company’s Instagram page today because they were doing $100 gift card give aways to members that spent the most money... which makes no effing sense... these members had to spend $600-$2,000 to get $100 off... so the people that want their product and can’t afford it don’t get a chance. Makes me angry. Obviously someone spending $1,000 on one product doesn’t need one hundred dollars off.

I think she belongs to a strong and close church group. They are probably the ones helping her and family. When I was growing up we used to move people and help them pack and unpack in our church it was considered normal.
I am thankful that you did point out the fact that she did get all this for free. I know so many people follow her and others like her and think that their life should be like theirs. There are so many beautiful houses in Utah. Including this one 💗 I think she’ll remodel the kitchen for sure and make it more modern. We’re having a house built after saving for years and only because we’re we are at it’s less to build than buy 🙃 All of these UA-camrs that have these beautiful homes have inspired me to go modern, but the mom in me says go with the easiest to clean and what shows the least amount of dirt 🤣 I think Jordan gives great grocery advice, but wish she was more authentic on UA-cam. She’s another one I don’t watch... unless it’s grocery tips.
Good for you! And building your own home is alot of work but it is the frugal way to do it and the only way to get exactly what you want! My parents did it and although they say they'll never do it again they're glad they did it that way.
Those newly decorated rooms don't look all that great in my opinion, so I'm not upset or ashamed at all that my kids rooms look different. I think they were done mediocre at best. I have always thought there was something up with someone that talked about saving money all the time, but all she ever seemed to do is spend it.

I like watching her videos, but I do appreciate the point you make about not comparing yourself to influencers. It’s the same thing with celebrities. Women will worship celeb moms who seem to do it all and have their 6 pack back in no time. It’s not negating any hard work they do, but they do not live our lives. No one cooks my meals for me. I do all of the shopping, budgeting, meal planning, cooking, and cleaning. It’s also not my job to look good. If I want to look good, I have to be my own personal trainer and make time for working out. I do my own hair and makeup. Etc I live a super budget friendly lifestyle. In a realistic budgeted life, you don’t have all of the nice things. I’m sure Jordan worked hard to get where she is, but she doesn’t live a relatable budget friendly life anymore. That’s okay though.
I officially can’t stand any UA-cam families. I used to love to sit down with my coffee and catch up on vlogs.. maybe I’m just getting too old and wise😂 but yuck... can’t do it anymore.

I’ve recently found your channel. Internet depression is a big thing, so I think it is great that you are explaining to people to take the pressure off of themselves about the way their house looks. These UA-cam moms make a lot of money and have nannies. I think it’s great that you were showing people that they are only showing the best parts of their life.
I LOVE bright colors, I noticed even with myself (I’m in my 30s) that I started changing my colorful house to match these UA-cam moms. White everything is boring & not me.

She is ridiculous. She blocked me on IG years ago after I called her out on her Mexican vacation that she went on and on about how they ‘saved up” to be able to take the vacation but yet kept mysteriously “shouting out” the resort in her stories (tagging, referencing over and over, etc). When people finally started calling her out on it, she admitted to getting “perks” for staying there but would never say what exactly those “perks” were. I called her out on it. Take your free vacation, I couldn’t care less, but don’t claim how possible it is for everyone if you just “save up” like we did. It is misleading and makes others feel inadequate if they can’t do the same for their families.

Yep the rich get richer, those who can afford to by it are the ones getting it for free, while those who could really use it in the form of a helping hand will just do without.
I commented on a company’s Instagram page today because they were doing $100 gift card give aways to members that spent the most money... which makes no effing sense... these members had to spend $600-$2,000 to get $100 off... so the people that want their product and can’t afford it don’t get a chance. Makes me angry. Obviously someone spending $1,000 on one product doesn’t need one hundred dollars off.
Why do people always get mad when someone works hard and is smart enough to make money or get ahead? Because they don’t put in work!!!

Her house is beautiful. If not given for free I highly doubt she would even spend that much since she does watch what she spends. The accessories in the kids room and beds aren’t very expensive but then again she does have 8 kids. I don’t think everything would be bought at one time
She can afford this and if she worked hard for it good for her but please explain to me why she took over $30,000 in PPP funds that should have went to other businesses who were truly struggling.

I think she belongs to a strong and close church group. They are probably the ones helping her and family. When I was growing up we used to move people and help them pack and unpack in our church it was considered normal.
I am thankful that you did point out the fact that she did get all this for free. I know so many people follow her and others like her and think that their life should be like theirs. And get so frustrated when it doesn’t work out the way that their scene play out on UA-cam and other social media platforms.

I must say, Jordan looks like rare kind of youtuber/influencer, who actually know how to manage her finances in long term. I do believe, that if she ever quit social media, she will be fine.

Good for you! And building your own home is alot of work but it is the frugal way to do it and the only way to get exactly what you want! My parents did it and although they say they'll never do it again they're glad they did it that way.

Those newly decorated rooms don't look all that great in my opinion, so I'm not upset or ashamed at all that my kids rooms look different. I think they were done mediocre at best. I have always thought there was something up with someone that talked about saving money all the time, but all she ever seemed to do is spend it.
I can appreciate a cute kid’s room, but I certainly don’t feel the need to have my own kids be the same or similar to be like her or to judge myself as a parental value based on decor. I do adore her and she doesn’t portray to me that she does it ALL by herself.

Jordan hasn’t always been honest with things she’s promoted (I have bought some) and I feel awful that she and her family are in a cult but I do enjoy her content. I like her story and I believe that she is a smart businesswoman.

Well, she did not have to pay for all that stuff but that’s also certainly not “for free” as she brings profits to all those businesses she mentions and that’s her way of paying back to them, which is most likely much more profitable for the business in the long run, so yeah, all those people saying “omg!!! That’s so unfair, why I don’t get that for free and she has so much money already and bla bla “ ask yourself, what do you do to create an audience such as hers? Are you a content creator? Do you have something to offer to all those businesses? If your answer is no, then that’s why you cannot get those things for free.
