Tata Altroz is my second car. Remba asaiya gold colour venum nu asaiya vangunen but vanguna day la irunthe worst customer support.. Oru time wheel alignment paaka sonnadhuku car tyre uh kilichu kai la kuduthutanga and idhu madhiri neraiya sambavam nadanthirukku then finally ivanga tholla thangamudiyama i sold altroz and bought another brand car..
I'm boycotting all TATA products. They have the worst customer service.

எல்லா சர்வீஸ் சென்டர்களிலும் இப்படி தான் நடக்கிறது.இதற்கு காரணம் .சரவீஸ் அட்வைஸர் முதல் சர்வீஸ்டெக்ணீஷின் வரை டார்கெட்கொடுப்பதால் தான்.

Yes 100% true.I was owning hyndai I 10 and currently I am having active I 20.even though they charge little high customer satisfaction is very high..

I used to scold hyndai service center v3 for charging more.but after seeing this video, I am ok to pay more But they will give vehicle on date.before changing any parts or work start they will say how much it will cost.I am ok to pay more but I cant take it this much of pain and frustration...dei v3 nee kadavulda moment😂😂.
Same happens at Maruti service centers. Those idiots never repair the complaints properly and ask us to test and comeback if the issue persists.

Warranty வரைக்கும் company service விடுங்க. அதுக்கு அப்புறம் வீட்டுக்கு பக்கத்துல இருக்கிற நல்ல mechanic கிட்டயே service பண்ணிக்கோங்க. 🎉😂❤ Company service la daliy 100 vehicles will come and go. So employees won't pay attention. They are all just salaried ppl. But only the spares from them.

My colleague said he sensed the worst things of Tata service center and he always give his Tiago to third party franchise service centers.. even they provide same day delivery for general service with home pickup and drop

One brand is making this much of pain and frustration then how it will grow...tata has service complaints from past 10 years..
Too much of talks better to make it crisp and clear pls.
It is better to mention the showroom branch and their names of the showroom and mangers of that branch it will make some changes to their name of showroom and branch. It may lead to some changes of services, customer handling and their behaviours. Becoz they were just hiding behind the name of Tata and and just selling their showroom's cars by using the Tata reputations and promotions. New buying people are mostly falling in this without knowing how it would be after buying. So that better we can show to people how Tata and their staffs are after buying their product.
It’s not just one showroom or service centre that’s why I mentioned Tata moreover they are introduced themselves with their names they introducing themselves with their designation. That’s why I couldn’t mention their names and Tata need to change all their staffs behaviour or their system, not just one or 2. As I mentioned customer service not just in Tata nowhere is good.

Tata product good...but tata service worst Chennai circle...am a tata Nexon user
as a indica buyer from 2001 ..my experience u cannot tolerate tata service team ..service means u have to do one thing in asingle day ...note; going to native change oil n filter ,battery check up, rotate this for 5 years ..any spares no issues u can change ...after 5 years change to hyundai

Customer service for Indian is very bad, maruti, mahindra, tata etc. Don't buy these cars. Best Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Hyndai.

Even today we received many calls from Tata and from the service centre they doesn’t have any clarity about this vdo I asked them to watch it and get back to us. The same thing happened to during service. They picked up the car for service and insurance but they doesn’t have clarity why they picked up the car
